I really wanted to enjoy my stay here, especially because the front desk staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and compassionate. Unfortunately, the condition of the room made it hard to relax or feel comfortable.The room was not cleaned properly at all I found mystery stains on multiple items, including the bedding and furniture, which was honestly disturbing. The room also had a weird, musty smell that lingered the entire time. Iâm not usually picky, but it was hard to ignore.Noise was a big issue as well. You could hear every single door in the hallway slamming shut â not ideal if youâre hoping for a good nightâs sleep. To top it off, they left dirty linens piled up outside rooms overnight, which didnât help the already questionable cleanliness.Breakfast was average, but the woman working the breakfast area was surprisingly rude and dismissive a stark contrast to the otherwise friendly hotel staff.This hotel has potential because of the great team at the front desk, but until they seriously improve their cleaning standards and address the noise and hospitality issues, I wouldnât stay again.
