« Staff was friendly. Breakfast food could have been more on time when things ran out. However, I did witness a couple who had come to breakfast just as they were finishing up cleaning and the manager made sure to get them some food. To me, that went above and beyond to make sure his customer left happy ( as well as people who were watching the situation). »

« I liked the proximity to restaurants and shopping areas. Well located. I found my room clean. The housekeeper passed everyday to ask what needs to be replaced in the room. It's a pretty calm neighborhood.
The breakfast is basic. The internet connection has trouble sometimes. Overall, it's a good ratio quality/price. One false note is that I needed help with my TV one day and it was not easy to get help. I called the front desk and I was told someone will come within minutes. No one came. My...

« The room smelled like a dog was living there. I understand being pet friendly, but the default should not be to put someone in a pet friendly room. Rather, only people with pets or who ask to be put in a pet friendly room should be assigned to one. The decision not to do so as standard practice suggests poor hotel management.
The bathroom faucet was also dripping all night long. It does not take much to fix something like this and would save the hotel money, especiallyif this is a...
