Marks and stains on twin bedroom wall, little table and sofa . No hot water connected to bathroom basin. Bathroom needs deep clean Bathroom door lock doesn’t work Had to buy towels as chalet ones smelt after 1 use Twin bedroom door sticks daughter couldn’t get out No mobile...

« Stephen was a wonderful host showing us our room on arrival and explaining arrangements there. Room 3 was extremely well appointed with our own entrance and outdoor space. The small kitchen area included a microwave great for a cosy meal in. The continental breakfast was amazing and really set you up for the day. Set in quiet countryside outside Bideford with easy access to local attractions and exploring the countryside. A really relaxing break for us and would definitely recommend staying...

« On our arrival, we were greeted warmly by the receptionist who informed us we had been upgraded for our one-night stay. This was a lovely surprise and the room was fabulous. The bed was huge and very comfortable. We felt so relaxed and didn’t leave the hotel. We booked in for a meal which was fantastic.
