« We loved staying at Kibo Palace. Everyone was very supportive of our every need. Lovely hotel with lovely staff. They tried very hard to anticipate our wants. The chefs fixed oatmeal for breakfast and made me very happy. »

« The garden area felt like a little slice of paradise with bunnies running around freely helping to maintain the grass - as well as donkeys. Monkeys were climbing in the trees, and occasionally a large turtle would cross the lawn. The place itself was very calming and the staff sweet and helpful. »

« Staff was always helpful and would go out of their way to help. The room was just as advertised and the ground were well kept. The pool was nice and the food was delicious. »

« This is probably the nicest hotel in central Moshi for Europeans on their first trip to the region. You have to remember that this is Africa and things don't always work but on balance this is a good safe place to stay. Once lesson for us was we were pretty much the only Europeans in the town, trekkers and safari people tend to stay outside, so be prepared, this is a busy African town not a tourist place »
