Le spa extérieur était également défectueux.
Il y avait des cheveux sur le bol de toilette et par terre dans la toilette.

« The best thing about Hotel Eleo was its staff. The bed wasn't so bad either. But the worst thing was that horrible Nespresso coffee maker. When first booking the room and seeing the amenities, I ordered my favorite coffee in a Nespresso pod to use. Terrible. Foamy and bitter - no matter which brand of coffee used.
