The home is in a great area and is in great shape. The neighborhood is protected by a security gate manned by a 24/7 security guard. Would highly recommend.

We paid an extra $30/day to have the pool and hot tub heated. They were not. Of the $30/ day x 6 days, we were able to use them 2 days and had to text to have someone out to get them running. There was no extra toilet paper which we had to supply There were no extra paper towels which we had to supply There were no extra trash bags which we had to supply There was no extra dish washing soap which we had to supply Other than that, the place was clean, comfortable and very roomy

Christmas/NewYears Vacation

Overall our stay at this Villa was great, we have compiled a list of pros and cons with this property. "Pros" Beautiful property Very spacious rooms Great layout Abundance of towels for swimming Pool and hottub Heated pool and hottub Property manager was very prompt with any requests except for clubhouse key (see cons) Proximity to local attractions was great, recommend Gatorland and SeaWorld. Many pamphlets in foyer drawer. "Cons" No key for clubhouse (part of the listed amenities on site) could not exercise On our last night pool guy came and put chemicals in pool eliminating our planned pool use that evening Trash on rear lawn which nobody came to cleanup. Husband and brother inlaw cleaned rear of property. Did contact property manager and nobody showed up to clean trash HVAC thermostat had no adjustability which made it either hot or cold at night Dishwasher was an older unit and had to run 2-3 times to clean dishes. Mainly hand washed due to this Water had a very bad smell and taste. Could not consume.

Our Fabulous vacation home away from home.

Absolutely beautiful home in a great location. Love the feeling of being at home, my husband, my dad and loved the game room playing pool. We came from Greenville NC for our son wedding. The venue was 14 minutes from the home which was perfect. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and swimming. I would absolutely suggest this home for anyone who is looking for and awesome spot. Easy process to book, entrance to the place at a great price. Trust me you will love it. We will definitely book this home again.

Excellent home and neighborhood

Can’t say enough good things about this property. It’s in a great gated neighborhood beautiful area close to shopping and restaurants. Not too far from parks. House is great size, bathroom for every room. had all amenities you would need. Pool was very nice. Unbelievable communication and response time from home owner. Had to touch base with home owner once at beginning of trip and they had our issue fixed for us within the hour. Will definitely stay here again.

Pros- Location was ideal for us, neighborhood seemed safe, peaceful, & quiet. Pool was nice. Baby items available if needed. Cons- Parking is tight, Stove top was very lopsided so cooking was difficult. microwave didn’t work but was fixed the following day after I contacted Rebecca. All the toilets run, all shower heads were clogged and sprayed sporadically in all directions making it difficult to rinse body & hair, 1 bathroom-couldn’t use tub without the shower running which upset the kids. The a/c is supposed to be left on 74 which made sleeping difficult as all bedrooms were very stuffy FYI- Bring bottled water Use 108 Bates Road in gps or you will go to residents only gate and have to u turn to get to guarded entrance

Neglected Home

Three days of our visit Second, Third and fourth days was consumed with the neighbors next door having their roof replaced with all day hammering, pounding and loud generator with nail guns going. Couldn’t even relax outside at the pool let alone have conversation. This I am looking for reimbursement! Had live roaches and silver fish bugs in all rooms. Had to call in pest control. The fan on the back porch just hung there did not work maintenance person had to be called out to fix. Cob webs all over lawn furniture was definitely not looked at or prepared for our arrival. The stove was utterly nasty!! (Have video and pictures) The microwave barely worked was cracked at handle and a piece above the door would fall off when opening and closing door. The house looked as tho it had not been used in quite sometime. Towels were not fresh and all miss matched. When pulling back speeds on beds the sheets looked as though they had been slept on. Ping ball table the two sides were not even and level with each other An old dryer was in garage and was in the way to try and play pool. The carpet was very poor and stained all over in each room. (Pictures of each room and staircase taken) Drapery slats on windows were missing so did not have privacy in room from neighbors in children’s room. Was unable to regulate temperature in home it was totally freezing most of the time. Have pictures of everything. Bugs included.

Great House

This house was great! Everything we needed!! Loved how every room had their own bathroom that made it easy for everyone to get ready! There’s 3 bdrms downstairs and one upstairs which was nice so my 18yr old daughter could have her privacy and come down when she felt like it. The kitchen has everything you can think of and the pool was great. We didn’t get to enjoy the game room due to the heat but it looks nice in there. They did have a pack n play for my 1yr old which was nice. Communication with the owners was great very responsive and the neighborhood was nice and house was easy to find. We would stay again if we are back in the Haines City area!

The house was huge! Bigger than expected!!! We did not have any issues! I did contact property manager just to ask about a pack and play and she was quick with a response! We were extremly happy with how packed the house was! The amount of baby/children items made it sooo much less stress on us as we drove from Maine!

We really loved the area that this home was located in. The property manager was easy to communicate with. There was a couple small issues that we disconcerted during the first night of our stay but, they were quickly resolved the next day and we really appreciated that. We really enjoyed this place. It was cleaned appropriately and equipped with everything we needed for our toddler. It is an hour away from the airport and is away from most attractions but was quiet and great for what we were looking for.
