Chalets à Hambleton

« The rooms were nice and the view at sunset was stunning. Beds were comfy too. The shower room floor was a little messy just behind the door and the water flow in the shower was rather pathetic, but other than that the property was clean and the shower had been upgraded recently. »

« We have just enjoyed a lovely stay. Room 101 was spacious and comfortable, with splendid views from the big bay window. We were due to dine out but when we saw the menu for the restaurant, Coast, we chose to eat in, an excellent decision because our dinner was delicious! Cooked breakfast also good - plentiful, hot and tasty. Table service which is so much nicer than the breakfast buffets hotels tend to lay on these days. The staff were all friendly and professional. Thank you, we will...

« Lovely modern hotel. Fresh milk provided in the fridge and excellent choice at breakfast. Will stay again when in the area. »

« Very helpful staff and excellent food. »

« Had a sea view room. Room was clean. Bed comfy (but only stayed one night). Bathroom door lock was broken. No toilet brush in the bathroom. You had to put the main light switch on and off to turn the lights on and off The usual soap, shampoo, conditioner and hand cream were provided in dispensers as were towels. The breakfast area was very busy but really quite small for the amount of people. The breakfast was cold. Drinks were expensive. I do not feel the stay was worth £156 for one night. Feel...

« The location of the hotel was good - right on the sea front. The hotel and room was clean and apparently we were in one of the newly refurbished rooms. The bed / mattress was not that comfortable - way too soft and when you sat on the edge of the bed the mattress felt really flat and hard as anything (sounds a strange combination - soft mattress but hard when you sat on it, I know!) I weigh 12st and if I was any bigger I would have REALLY struggled to back on to the WC as the space between...

« No one there at check in, had to wait for the person to appear for more than 10 minutes. Room not very clean, stank of smoke., Very tired and due to the lack of response from reception I decided to open the window and put up with it. »

« Location excellent with several parking options nearby. Very good facilities and lovely large reception area to sit in whilst waiting for other members of my party. Receptionist very kind and helpful although noted the low desk and clearly it was not so easy to operate the computer/printer especially during busy periods, »

« Excellent accommodation, very good food with helpful, friendly staff. »
