« La chambre n'a pas été faite entre les 2 nuits. Le petit déjeuner ne propose pas de produits naturels, tout est très chimique et artificiel. »

« Staff helped us get checked in right away; they did have some printer issues FYSA in case you need a paper copy of something. Met our needs for an overnight stay. »

« Our entire stay was excellent. Starting with the staff upon arrival. They were very friendly and helpful. It's not a five star by any means. The room was clean,the towels were fresh, the bed was comfortable. The outside was well lit up, clean, and plenty of parking. All in all it was a nice stay for what we paid. We would stay there again if we ever are in that area again. Thanks to all that took care of us. »

« The sink leaked, shower water was ice cold all times of the day, the in room, hot tub did not work at all, and we had to pay extra for it, the hotel cleaning people played loud music at 8 o’clock in the morning while cleaning rooms. Will not be staying here again ever »

« Staff was friendly. Hot tub was dirty and not working properly. Pool and pool room were dirty. Lots of debris in hallways. »

« Stayed for three nights. Room never freshened up. Ran out of toilet paper and tissues- had to get from desk. Never stayed somewhere for three nights and never had room cleaned. Our trash can was overflowing- just not impressed »

« Everything was great except ran out of hot water in the shower two out of six night stay!!! »

« The master lighting system is dangerous. Twice the lights went out while showering. Had to reach out for system to sense movement. Also hot water took over ten minutes (waiting naked at the shower entrance. Maybe because our room was the furthest possible from the elevators. AND bright lights come on when entering bathroom in the middle of the night. Super annoying and unnecessary with a nightlight installed. Breakfast buffet and attendant get all the stars. »
