Anticipate a charming experience as you ascend to the balcony. Step through the front door into a unique beach-themed living room with convertible queen futon for comfort. Window A/C units (seasonally) are in this room as well as both bedrooms ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. Discover a captivating guest bedroom with LED-lit twin bed, AC, nightstand, and alarm clock. A fully stocked kitchen awaits culinary enthusiasts, boasting all the essentials plus: coffee, tea, cider, hot chocolate and creamer. Transition to the bathroom with hairdryer and rejuvenating stand-up shower. The serene master bedroom offers AC comfort, LED nightlight, and cozy full-size bed. You will have full private access to the apartment, as well as shared access to all outdoor areas including the balcony.

The most likely method of communication between us will be messages via the platform you booked through, but I live & work from home in one of the apartments on the property so I can be available quickly should you need anything! Feel free to call or text me if that is more convenient for you.

Paid offsite parking (several options within an easy 5-10m walk) is generally available at the market rate.
I ask that you keep noise to a minimum, even outside of quiet hours, so that everyone may enjoy their time here. No `parties` please.

- Additional on-site parking must be requested in advance

- Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am
