Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Frühstück auf der 10. Etage mit Terrasse. Toller Blick auf die quirlige Innenstadt. Unser Zimmer hatten kein Fenster. Dies ist jedoch normal, da die Hotels und Häuser direkt aneinander gebaut sind. Ganze Hotel war nur ca. 4 m breit. Man war sofort im Altstadtgetümmel. Der See nur ein paar Meter entfernt.

The staff was very friendly and helpful (e.g. organization of airport transfer) with a beautiful breakfast. The hotel is located directly in the old town 2min away from the sea.

Top Lage, bester Einstieg
Als neu eröffnetes Hotel in Hanoi, wie sehr viele andere, ein bemühtes, freundliches, korrektes Personal mit Hotelührung. Zimmer, noch nie so gut und lange in einem Fremden Bett geschlafen, klasse. Frühstück gut, solide, lokal geprägt. Beste Lage zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten für das Kennenlernen der Altstadt. Partystraßen in Fußlaufweite. Man muss sich außerhalb des Hotels darauf einlassen, die gesamte Altstadt ist eine Touristenfalle. Auf keinen Fall mit Schuhreparateuren Kontakt aufnehmen, außer man bekommt mit, dass der lokale Preis für Dienste ein Drittel des Ausländerpreises ist. Und man muss eben wissen, dass dieses Bagage für sie Sohlen wasserlösliche Kleber verwendt. Vietnamesen sind eben sehr wief und geschäftstüchtig. Nutzt man das Hotelpersonal für etwa Schneiderarbeiten oder sonstige Dinge kann man von besten Ratschlägen ausgehen. In Deutschland wäre meine Hose niemals von keinem Schneider so akkurat und sauber genäht worden. Dies nur ein Beispiel.

Not the best hotel, but was okay for the price and great location. Staff were friendly, breakfast was very average. Rooms had boarded up windows so not a lot of natural light.

City view room only had a small window in the top of the wall, you could see up the next building, cleanliness was nou to standard. After bringing it up to the reception they offered me a different room which was better, city view now was the lobby, cleanliness improved. You get what you pay for, price was low including breakfast which I only used once.

The property was mediocre clean. Shower leaked water excessively on the sides every time it was used. The incorrect shower curtain size was an additional contribution to the leaking. Our room and bathroom was more distressed and outdated than than the property photos provided on the property details. The breakfast was also mediocre, but this could be due to the pandemic recovery. I have stayed at better accommodations that are in the same neighborhood at the same price point. The location is centrally located with lots of shops and restaurants.

Great hotel with friendly helpful staff in the centre of the Old Quarter. We were given a room upgrade on arrival with large king sized bed and balcony. Breakfast was a mix of Asian and Western to suit anyone. Would stay again when in Hanoi.

立地が良い。空港発86番バスでホアンキエム湖と言ったら、降りた場所から徒歩5分くらいで着いた。かつ、まだ、13時過ぎだったにも関わらず、無料でアーリーチェックインさせてくれた。建物は古いが内装が全て白色で統一され、清潔感がある部屋。シャワーも良く出るし、水の流れも詰まることなく問題なかった。

불편한 숙소
하노이에서 6박을 하면서, 이 호텔에서 4박을 함. 호안끼엠 호수 주변 시장에 위치해서 소음이 심해고, 창문은 방음이 잘 되지 않고, 주변 매연과 연기가 숙소로 들어옴. 하롱베이 여행을 가는 날 아침에 급하게 한 번 방을 교체해 주었으나 시설은 더 엉망이고, 이후 다른 방으로 교체가 되지 않는다고 해서 포기함. 전체적으로 너무 시설이 낡고 파손된 부분도 많아 불편함. 친구들에게는 추천하고 싶지는 않음.

Overall the stay was fine. The bed was comfy, good breakfast, very convenient location for exploring and catching the bus to Sapa. Staff were lovely. When we arrived we were given a room we didnt ask for (it had no window), but we would be moved for the next day. We were tired from the flight so said no problem. It was quite noisy on the 2nd floor as you could everything going on in reception late and early in the morning. We then moved to the 4th floor with window, much better but there was a cockerel crowing every 15 seconds from about 5am. We had 2 nights in the that room. We returned to this hotel after our 3 day visit to Sapa (already booked) and had requested a room at the front away from the bird and that we were happy with traffic noise. We got a room on the top floor (9th) and could still hear the bird and was even noisier with traffic. Turns out our first room was the best of the 3 but had no window for natural light. Quite an adventurous stay.

Spoilt for choice!
Excellent location, near to the Hoan Kiem lake, night market, food choices and shopping. Room was excellent, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly.

Told no room available as had problem with a leak in the room. Taken to another hotel, expecting the same standard or better but got a tiny room with an internal window. Room was dirty and in need of redecoration. NOT HAPPY with this relocation, but as it was late and only staying for 1 night did not move.
