Het ontbijt was heerlijk met veel keuzes, er was een saladebar zodat ik de groenten kon kiezen die ik wilde. De kamers zijn schoon en het personeel is gezinsvriendelijk. Ze zijn zeer attent en vriendelijk. Jim was zeer behulpzaam bij het organiseren van uitstapjes naar Halong Bay en hielp ons bij het regelen van onze eigen reis naar Ha Giang, een echte aanrader!

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently. The location is superb, especially for those interested in exploring the vibrant night market and taking leisurely strolls around the picturesque Hoan Kiem Lake. Being so close to these attractions made my stay even more enjoyable.. The standout feature of this hotel, however, was its staff. Jimmy, Alex, Sulli and Jennie were exceptionally friendly and attentive. From the moment I checked in until the day of my departure, they made sure I felt welcomed and cared for. Their genuine warmth and hospitality truly enhanced my overall experience.

It's my first time to Vietnam and I won't expect too much. However, I was impressed by the services and the room when I arrive. Max could recognize us once we arrive the hotel at 2pm. Every staff are fluent in English, really helpful and keep smiling around the hotel. The room is well cleaned and comfortable with a small balcony so I could be relaxed before heading to Ha Long Bay next day. The breakfast was great too! Varieties of choices and made my day! Top services ever in my travel experience! Especially the lovely services we received from Max! I am sure I'll visit Hanoi again and stay with this hotel!

Great vacation from planning to execution.
Professional , very good communications in regards to planning and during the trip. We had a beautiful trip for over two weeks from south to north Vietnam. Hotel manager and all staff were very responsive to our needs and performed perfectly. Max has organized our trip to Sapa and Halong. It was very well organized. Excellent location.
The location is excellent. The staff were incredible. They always greeted us with a smile, Max helped us book Halong Bay trip, they generously provided us with a room upgrade. The interior design is beautiful, the rooms and bathrooms were clean. The bed was also super comfortable. This hotel really is value for money, and I hope to stay again some day.

The best hotel we've stayed at a fantastic price
There aren't enough nice things to say about this hotel. We've been traveling for 3 months now (and we have done long trips like this before) but this hotel was the best we've stayed at. It's absolutely fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They literally always greet you with a smile, ask you how your day has been and are always willing to give tips, answer questions or help you out in any way, shape or form. The room is amazing. We stayed in the Royal suite, it did not disappoint. It's a very big room but the best part about this room is the bed. We seriously can't stress enough how comfortable this bed was. We slept like babies. The room is completely soundproof so you won't hear anything going on outside, even though you are in the heart of the old town of Hanoi. The location is fantastic. You're close to basically everything Hanoi has to offer and good restaurants are never far away.

Service is 5-star level. Seriously. Breakfast was exceptional. Aside from the usual buffet spread, you can order noodles, pancakes, and omelets. Location is in the old quarter itself. There were many walkable tourist spots, cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. Service is way above their ratings honestly. From recommendations, early check-in/check-out, breakfast - they've been truly attentive. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Freundliches Personal und sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt von Hanoi. Unser Zimmer war bis auf die Handtücher sauber und in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Allerdings sollte man nicht erwarten, dass dieses Hotel tatsächlich einem Standard von 4 Sternen entspricht. Das Haus ist schon älter und die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, im Hotelflur war es jeden morgen ab ca. 6 Uhr sehr laut.

Comfortable place in the middle of old quarter! :)
The staff were really nice and friendly. On my arrival they helped me to check in easily and introduced many good locals place around. They’ve been very honest about their facilities. Max the receptionist spend like an hour helping me booking a great tour to Halong bay in the last minute even though it was not their responsibility. The location is great in the middle of old quarter but very nice and quite inside the room and everything were accurate.

Pleasant stay, would recommend
We were upgraded to a slightly larger room and were happy with the room size. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Great range of breakfast options, both made on request and readily available. Great TV, and able to log into Netflix on the TV! Staff were all very attentive and friendly. We would stay here again.

The staff remembered me from my previous stay the week before which is always pleasant. I decided to return as my initial stay here was excellent. At check-in they upgraded my room for no extra cost. I was also able to check out one hour later for no fee. Max hotel manager and Jim also arranged my onward transport and another staff member took me for free (by moto) to the bus station. I cannot say enough about the staff here. They genuinely are happy to help you and make sure you are satisfied with your stay and that your onward travel is organized and secured. If I return to Hanoi again I would again stay at ROYAL PALACE HOTEL simply because of the staff.

The location was closed to go everywhere you wanted to and also staffs are nice & helpful. Especially Max helped us book Halong cruise 3day 2 night
