« Peaceful, quiet. I like how a guest service team member came to check in with me abiut a half hour after I git settled in, wanting to know if there was anything I needed. And they also built my fire for me in the fire pit, so I would have no trouble getting it going. It's those little niceties that make me feel very much at home. And allows me to truly relax. I love it there! »

« This was an excellent place to stay to discover much of NS. Day trips are very doable to Halifax, Lunenburg, Peggy's Cove, Mahone Bay, and, although a little further, wine country in Wolfville. Chester and Hubbards are a little closer and offer a number of excellent shops and restaurants. Returning to number 7 is like coming home to relaxing luxury with an outstanding view. « Good location liked the paddle boats! Bbq and outdoors nice! Fire pit was nice but didn’t get to use it due to restrictions! Swimming not the best as very rocky area! No AC so it is warm but we brought or own fans which helped some! Overall nice place and no issues! »

« Nous avons trouvé Chester était assez central pour passer soit la journée dans les secteurs de Lunnenburg, Mahone Bay, Peggy's Cove, Wolfville etc... La section de la maison destinée aux locataires est trÚs représentative des photos. Toute les commodités sont presentes. Salle de bain nouvellement rénovée. Le seul hic se retrouve à l'extérieur, l'aménagement semble super en photo, mais le deck prÚs de l'eau est dangereux, aucune rambarde. Une installation vitrée serait parfaite. En ce moment le...

« The cottage was comfortable and well set up. We will definitely consider going back: it's a great distance for a weekend getaway from Halifax, and the amenities are nice (that sauna!). The only issue we found (because we went to curl up and read books together!) was that the lighting in the main space was not great: a couple of floor lamps would have been great. »

« This is the best property we got over that past decade!! The location is just amazing with a breathtaking view on the bay. The cottage is equipped like never seen before with a level of details that is over the top! The cleanliness and the condition of the place is 11/10 and the communication with the owner Beth is irreproachable. I do recommend this place to whoever wants to spend good, relaxing and quiet time in a peaceful environment. »

« We were looking for a quiet getaway at the edge of the world, no destracrions, no noise, and that's exactly what we got. Host was very responsive and courteous. We felt very taken care of and they even returned forgotten items to us after we'd left. Room was very clean and there was lots to do to fill the time.
