« Staff were excellent - offered and changed my room from family to twin room, which was far better for me ( 2 beds versus bed and converted settee ). Hotel only 7 months old so in very good condition. Central, car parking nearby. Food offereing not good, but chinese carry out very close, and plenty of local cafe's. Taxi office about 100 yards from hotel. Good price. »

« Staff couldn’t do enough to help us. The room was impeccable quality. Our bed was comfortable, we loved the huge bath tub in the room and the welcome gifts and coffee machine added a nice touch. The only minor issues we found, was the room was extremely cold on arrival, however the room had its own thermostat which we were able to increase and quickly warm up the room. The automatic lights in the toilet and wash area were inconvenient in the middle of the night but easy to block out by closing...

« Wow amazing stay ... fantastic apartment and parking , right in the center of everything .... few minutes walk to castle , shops and restaurants.... we would 100% stay there again and we would recommend it to anyone wanting a stay in Lancaster.... 10/10 😆 »

« I wasn’t happy it’s not a real hotel but that was forgotten as soon as I walked in. Beautiful room with an amazing hot tub and fireplace. I could have spent the whole vaca here. I relaxed and slept well. Highly highly recommend and will stay here again for sure! »

« Had a lovely stay, self check in was simple - detailed instructions were sent the day before. The apartment was immaculate. Furnished nicely with a well equipped kitchen. Fabulous location right in the centre yet out of the way enough to not be loud. Would recommend. »

« Excellent central location. Lovely clean, modern room. Small issue with gaining access with the code to the room but quickly resolved with a phonecall. Great stay amd would return. »

« From easy parking, ease of checkin, spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed. Hot drink making facilities and a nice addition of water in the mini fridge, access to a dining area downstairs with microwave, hot drink facilities and a toaster was all you needed. The price reflects the absence of breakfast supplied and to be honest, we preferred this option. Great value for money. We will be back! »
