« Our stay was wonderful! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the whole property was very family-friendly. We had five children and five adults, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax.The pool was a game changer — even on our one rainy day, it made the vacation still feel like a celebration. « The house is decent and located in a good neighborhood and about 30-35 mins away from the Boothbay harbor. The instructions from the host were pretty clear. The house had ample towels and toiletries. The one thing I would like to mention is the host should think about providing fans in all the rooms, since there is no ventilation and they have only one spilt air conditioning unit in the passage upstairs which does not give air to the 3 individual rooms. It got really hot in the rooms. »

« Excellent house, very spacious and clean. A few constructive criticism comments would make the stay perfect! we didn’t get checkin instructions so had to sit in driveway for 30 min calling and texting the homeowners to get code. The basement had a very strong chemical smell (recently cleaned carpets?) so we didn’t use the Bsmt bedrooms. No garbage bags or toilet paper but they dropped some off after requesting. Beds comfortable. Coffee maker broken. The main bathroom window needs a shade or...
