We really enjoyed that you get to use one of the four onsen for yourself/your party for 1 hour, just make sure you go at the designated time slot and the onsen you chose. There is English intructions to help you use the amenities as well as an explanation of the inn and their areas. The only issue is we found mold growing in the AC which we did use...

« Everything was great! We loved all the amenities such as free ice cream, Yakult, laundry and more. The staff was very kind and helpful. The eight private onsen were also all amazing although at time there was a long wait for them. »

« Hotel was centrally located near the Kanawa Bus Station/Hells Pools/food steam restaurant. 10min walk from the bus station. The hotel was clean & has an onsen! Tatami rooms w/a kitchen, tiny bathroom (ship size). It is an older hotel, but it was perfect for us. The young man running the hotel was so nice and pleasant. We had a slight translation issue but used our google translate. Perfect area and close to the main sights. 20 min to JR Beppu station by bus from the Kanawa Bus Station. We...

« Great hotel. As super as the name implies. It is 100 meters away from the train station. The hotel is well constructed, smart and easy to check-in. The hotel staff was very helpful. Shoutout to the young male receptionist who spoke very good English. The room was very clean and large. The onsen was the best part. It is free to access, very clean, relaxing. The staff helped us to find a restaurant with vegetarian options (I recommend Jinde, down the road from the hotel). »

« Lovely stay and super attentive staff. My bed was a bit soft. The free onsen usage on site was great. The resturant appeared to have a bigger menu than the limited Shabu Shabu that was shown in English, I wish we had known about that as the other patrons food looked amazing. Lots to do in walking distance from the hotel and free parking on site. »
