The price was good. Reception staff great. Our bathroom door was dirty with finger marks highly visible and hair stuck to it on both sides. the flooring throughout the room was dirty as our feet were black after walking on it , this included the bathroom floor. The tub renovation was poorly done. The beds were comfortable and well made and clean.

The rooms are clean but very poorly designed. The light switches in the tiny room have sensors so anytime I got out of my bed the lights suddenly went on. And they dont go off until at least 10 minutes of no movement unless you manually shut the swit h off so basically there was no way I was getting any sleep due to lights constantly going on and off. I had to call management and they put tape around the sensors so it would stop going on every time I moved. Also, the only outlets by the bed are on the sides of the bedposts which are right against the wall and not moveable so I had no way of fitting my plug into the non-existent gap. Pretty frustrating as I like having my phone next to me before bed.

There are so many great amenities available here that aren’t found at nearby locations. My favorites were a hot-tub in the room and free breakfast. The only downsides were that the amenities need some upkeep. The hot tub in the room was not deep cleaned and still had hair and soap scum residue on the fixtures and sides of tub. The woman at the front desk was friendly but very pushy about submitting a 5 star review before I could leave.

Check in was decent enough, had some issues understanding the desk clerk. Room was very nice. Only issue was there were several brown bugs that were crawling up the wall by the jacuzzi and one was on the chair. Bed was okay comfort wise, it wasnt the most comfortable ive ever slept on but it worked for the night. The jacuzzi had some scratches in it and after running the jets and draining the water it left a nasty brown residue on the floor of the tub. I dont think the jets are being cleaned like they should be. Check out was quick and painless. Overall my husband and I had a decent night celebrating his birthday.

Had to pull out desk to hook cable to tv and everything was connected with filthy extension cords. One tiny trash can in the entire room for three people. Light on bed was broken and hanging. Tried calling front desk several times and it was always busy.

The pool capacity limit and rules were not adhered to. There was some mold in the bathroom. Garbage was not taken out of our room for 3 days and then only when we asked.

Worst staff. Hung up on my mom. I’m stuck driving a big rental truck and cannot go hands-free so she was trying to help me. Because the receptionist hung up on my mother and I had to sleep in my car. Worst staff ever.

Everything was good other than the continental breakfast it was not full and we went early to eat. Other than that it was a great stay.

I gave staff and service a 3 star. It would have been a five star but while I checked out my husband grabbed 2 very mini muffins from the dining area that was still open it was like 9:30am. As he was walking out 2 staff members told him he couldn’t leave the room with them. The problem I have is with that is a half hour before that I went down and made an entire plate of food and grabbed OJ and walked right past the same staff and up to my room. No one said a word to me. Why? Other than that stay was 5 start service.
