« Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Food was very good. Hotel was well positioned to access all the main attractions of Harrogate. Car parking very limited and very tight for large cars. Room was adequate but cramped but bathroom was modern and well equipped. Shower over bath and as bath was deep getting in and out for small and older clients very difficult. « Disappointing. Booked this hotel due to the free Airport Shuttle Bus. Arrived well within the advised operating hours of the shuttle bus. Called the number given by the hotel to be asvised the number was no longer in operation. Was left stranded at Pearson Airport at 21.30 with no option but to get a taxi which cost $36 to travel less than 2km. Would have been better paying more for a better property. Really dissapointing. »
