Upper Swan View is a beautiful one bedroom apartment, located on the first floor of an elegant townhouse in the historic Low Harrogate part of the town. It offers plenty of home comforts and has probably one of the best locations in Harrogate.

The town centre with it's boutiques, antique shops, bars and restaurants; the chic Montpellier Quarter; the Turkish Baths and the famous Bettys Tea Rooms are all just few of minute's walk away.

Upper Swan View is also located just a few minutes' walk from Harrogate Convention Centre and the Royal Hall, making it an ideal base for anyone attending an event or conference.

The apartment has a well equipped kitchen with dining area; a spacious lounge with sofa bed and views towards the Old Swan Hotel; one bedroom with a 6ft super king sized bed, which can be split into two beds on request, hallway and shower room.

The apartment is dog friendly and one well behaved dog is welcome. If you do bring your dog, Valley Gardens and it's beautiful floral displays are located a couple of minutes' walk away from the apartment and are a great place to walk. If you wish to explore the surrounding countryside, the stunning Yorkshire Dales are only a short drive away.

Perfect location
The property was beautiful and brilliantly located. Harrogate is a smashing location in its own right with lots of parks and lovely shops and restaurants. It was also a great location for travelling into the Yorkshire dales to explore. Karen was a great host and gave us many great recommendations.

In choosing an apartment to stay in Harrogate this unit cannot be beaten. Positioned in a beautiful area and less than 10 minutes walk from the city centre and the additional benefit of parking facilities. The apartment itself is very modern and incredibly well fitted out with everything needed. I would ( and will) certainly stay here again.
