Please note the following before booking:

- This is an established residential building in Downtown Hartford. Common areas and building finishes may show signs of age and normal wear

- Since the property is located in a vibrant part of Downtown Hartford, occasional city or neighbor noise may be noticeable

- Need parking? We have a limited number of on-site spots available for 19 USD per night. Let us know in advance if you`ll need one so we can confirm availability. Monthly rates are available.

- Professional cleaning service is available for 100 USD per cleaning. Guests staying with us long term may want to consider scheduling additional cleanings during their stay

- HVAC operates seasonally. Air conditioning is available May 15 through October 1, and heat is available October 1 through May 15

- Pets up to 50 lbs are welcome. Pets must be included on the reservation before arrival, and we ask that you let us know the breed

- A starter supply of toiletries and paper products is provided. Guests staying longer than 7 nights are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed

- Mailbox access is not available. If you plan to receive packages during your stay, please schedule deliveries accordingly

- Only one set of keys is provided per reservation. Additional sets are not available

- Before arrival, all guests must complete our online check-in, including uploading a valid government-issued ID and signing the rental agreement
