This place suited our needs very well. It was well-stocked with toiletries and plenty of bath and beach towels for use. Weber grill came in handy as did the well supplied kitchen. The quiet, dead end street made us feel very secure in unfamiliar surroundings. Two large living areas, besides the basement living space, gave us ample room to spread out. Garage with remote made loading and unloading for our various excursions a snap. A short drive into Harwich and Dennis gave access to many great restaurants and ice cream shops. We would recommend to family and friends.

Another great stay at this lovely spot. It’s a great house, but for us this is all about the beautiful private beach. Our family of 5 adults was comfortable and happy with everything!

Our second time at this home, and absolutely not our last. We love the spaciousness, quiet and quick walk to the beach (summer, fall it is *always* beautiful). Also love the easy check-in/out. Janet is an excellent host. Really, we can’t say enough.

Lovely and Relaxing

As a returning vacationer, we look forward to our stay at this lovely Harwich Port home. Located just steps from the beach, the home is well appointed with everything you could possibly need. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from town, making for a relaxing getaway.

We had the best experience staying here - the beautiful home was truly better than we could have expected. Beautiful kitchen and open layout and huge yard for our kids. The location was great and such an easy walk to the most beautiful private beach.

Beautiful place for our family beach escape. This is our second visit to this home. Ideal location - near Harwichport village and steps to the beach. Host was reachable and very helpful.

Fantastic!

The home worked great for us! It was the perfect spot in a quiet neighborhood. Less than 5 minute walk to the private beach and easy drive into town. The home was gorgeous and our 2 year old loves the outdoor shower! We would choose this place again.

Beautiful house right by the beach!

We had a wonderful time! The amazing kitchen which is open to the diving room, living room, and family room areas made for a lovely space! The house is very clean and well-maintained. The owner was responsive and helpful! We enjoyed having the private beach so close! We found the little shops and restaurants of Harwich Port so fun! A perfect cape cod vacation!

Hydrangea Heaven

A comfortable house, clean, well-stocked, nicely decorated, with a new kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. The large yard is beautifully landscaped with gorgeous hydrangeas and other plantings, in a quiet neighborhood, an easy walk to a private beach. The owner was responsive, helpful, and easy to deal with. We'd rent here again.

Great house and beach! Enough said!!

We loved our Cape stay. We have been coming to HarwichPort for 25 years. Watched our children grow up here. And it was great to return after a few years off for graduations and pandemics. The house and host were lovely and helpful. And the beach was special. Would happily return!

Paradise!

This was the perfect home and location for a wonderful Cape getaway. Great location to so many Cape experiences. The house was spacious, immaculate and had everything we needed including a beautiful kitchen and wonderful deck and outdoor space as well as all the beach apparatus you would need. The close, private beach access was perfect and we enjoyed many walks looking for treasures and enjoying the view. The owner was so responsive and receptive. My 6 year old daughter especially enjoyed the “seashell” bedroom with the assortment of books and the little dollhouse. Overall just a fantastic experience!

We lucked out!

We booked this trip last minute and for the only 3 days left that were available in the season. No wonder it was almost fully booked! We have 4 kids (2, 4, 7, & 8) and it’s rare that we have enough room on vacation, but we had more than we needed. We had our 2 year old sleeping in a pack and play in the main bedroom, and the other kids had their own space. The space is clean to my high standards, we enjoyed the secret passage to the beach. It was nice to only have to walk a few house lengths to the trail so the kids could run safely to the beach. We were less than a 10 min drive to downtown with lots of restaurant options, as well as many food options closer by. Theres chairs, beach toys, and toys/games inside. The kids felt really at home when there was a hatch nightlight in their room; we forgot theirs! Janet was responsive and helpful. The house is has a nice layout, with the bedrooms separate from the common areas. I could go on and on, but just know if you book you will not be disappointed. I hope we get to stay again in the future!

Great house in a great location!

Our family had such a great time in this house. It is a super short walk to a PRIVATE beach. We came the 2nd week of August and had the private beach to ourselves the entire week, it was amazing. The house also has tons of items to bring to the beach, chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, etc. The house was very clean, and had tons of amenities that we made use of on a regular basis. The kitchen was amazing, fully updated with a huge island and lots of counter space. The oven wasn't working at the time of our visit, but there was a toaster oven / air fryer available for use that met our needs. The living space was great, there was one room with a TV and another room with games and a large table and couch for the games and puzzles. It would be nice to have another TV in one of the bedrooms, but we made due with our phones / ipads on the rainy day when we exhausted the games and puzzles. The outside shower was very nice, and you could use separate faucets for just washing your feet off after the beach. The inside bathrooms were nice, although a bit outdated, and the toilet in the master bath was very small with a slow flush that you have to hold the handle down to get it to flush. However, this is nothing that would hold us back from renting this property again. The bedrooms were very spacious, which you can't tell from the pictures. We would absolutely stay here again, the location is amazing, close to the grocery store, mini golf, go carts, restaurants, and walk to beach. Thanks for the great week!

Perfect Cape Cod Vacation

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this lovely Harwich Port home. It is just as pictured with a spacious updated kitchen and comfortable furnishings throughout. The property is very well maintained and the beachside location can't be beat. The host responded immediately to any questions and was a pleasure to deal with.
