„Super authentisches, weitestgehend im Originalzustand befindliches viktorianisches Reihenhäuschen. Dicke, alte Holzdielen, Bleiglasfenster, stilechte Möblierung mit Sinn für Details! Der schicke, gußeiserne Kamin im Wohnzimmer ist leider außer Betrieb, aber Die Heizung tut ihren Job sehr gut! Die Küche ist auf dem neuesten Stand - incl. Induktionsherd! Einzig einen Geschirrspüler gibt es nicht... Die Nachbarschaft ist (zumindest für deutsche Verhältnisse) etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig....aber ...

„This place could be very nice, if maintained properly. However, the lights in the living room did not work, and there was laundry hanging in the living room. We notified the owner, but did not hear back after the initial phone call. The water in the shower did not reach the showerhead, as it was leaking. So we could not shower. The place was dirty, kitchen quite sticky and there were condom wrappers under the bed. Lots of empty bottles and cigarette butts in the yard. Obviously we will not be ...

„We really loved this house. It's been beautifully renovated and was spotlessly clean. Its all very functional and easy. The estate agent who manages the house was very easy to deal with, eg when we wanted to stay an extra night. The area has tons to offer (albeit some places are a 40 minute drive). Sutton Hoo just down the road, then Framlingham Castle and Orford Castle, Aldeburgh and Southwold (for any George Orwell fans!). „Great house in perfect location. Beautiful garden so close to the beach. Would stay again albeit Frinton has limited food outlets. But you will be more than happy if you book this property. Take your own towrls as none provided. Otherwise nothing to complain about.“
