DEER VALLEY EAST LAKEFRONT FAMILY HOME | THREE KING SUITES, BUNK ROOM, PRIVATE HOT TUB, ON DEMAND MOUNTAIN MOVER SKI SHUTTLE
4 BR | 3.5 Baths | Sleeps 8 | 3,368 sq ft
OVERVIEW
This four-bedroom lakefront home at Shores at Stillwater sits on the Jordanelle shoreline, three minutes from Deer Valley East Village skiing. It is laid out for families: three king suites for the adults, a twin-over-queen bunk room for the kids, and a main-level primary suite with no stairs for grandparents. All three king suites overlook the water and the Wasatch Range, and the great room's floor-to-ceiling windows and gas fireplace frame the same view. A private eight-person hot tub on the patio runs year-round. In winter, the complimentary Mountain Mover shuttle takes everyone from the door to the base. In summer, Jordanelle State Park Marina is five minutes away for boats and paddleboards.

Parents can take the upper-level king suite that shares a bath with the bunk room and keep the kids within earshot; grandparents take the main-level suite and skip the stairs. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is this ski-in/ski-out?
No. Deer Valley East Village is a three-minute drive, or a ride on the Mountain Mover in winter. In exchange, you get lakefront views, three king suites, and considerably more space than slopeside inventory.
Is it set up for children?
The bunk room is located next to a king suite with a shared bath, so parents are steps away. The upstairs en-suite king has a twin pullout sofa for a little one who isn't ready for the bunk room. Please note: the staircase is open; this home is best suited for older children.
Can I launch a boat or paddleboard from the property?
No. The home has no direct water access. Jordanelle State Park Marina, five minutes away, offers rentals and launch access.
Is the hot tub private?
Yes. It seats eight on the home's patio and is not shared with the community. It is professionally serviced and heated year-round.
Do I need a car?
Recommended, especially spring through fall. The Mountain Mover covers winter lift access, but a car makes dining, groceries, and summer plans easiest.

WHY GUESTS LOVE THIS HOME
Three king suites mean no adult sleeps on a pullout. The bunk room keeps the kids together and next to their parents. Grandparents get the main floor. The mountain mover shuttle handles ski mornings, the lake handles summer afternoons, and the hot tub handles evenings.
