« Had a great stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were exactly what I needed, and everything was in great working order. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making check-in and check-out quick and easy. Overall, it was a relaxing experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! »

Then, the host routed to another room that was in terrible shape with styrofoam in the place of the lock on the door, door didn’t latch, mirror was broken, toilet roll broken. 2 bath towels for 3 travelers (no washcloths or hand towels).
