Condo was convenient to everything, and a short walk to the main center of town. Condo was very clean. Communication was good. We loved Helen GA and we'll definitely be back!

Clean and spacious with a great location! This was perfect for our family of four. We walked to everything the entire trip and loved that it was right next to both tubing companies. Dollar General, restaurants, package store and candy store are in the next complex. Highly recommend!

The listing was very accurate. Extremely clean! Any time i sent a text during hours response was very quick. Very spacious condo. We all enjoyed our stay. Will book here next time we stay in helen!

Overall a great place to stay. Very clean, close to everything you can walk everywhere. Only complaint is - if you have someone renting upstairs pray they are quiet, you can hear everything up there. All we heard was stomping and running and moving furniture, it's very loud like there's no insulation, and pretty sure the unit upstairs is hardwoods. Bring ear plugs.

Condo was extremely clean, large enough for four adults, good location to hall, decent walk to downtown Helen. Highly recommend this condo due to its cleanliness and newly renovation.

Nice well appointed condo in a very nice area. Would definitely stay here again. The only negative, and it was minor, was a slight musty smell whenever we entered the property after being outside for awhile.

The location was great. Condo very clean and had everything we needed. Fuse blew in the kitchen and it was fixed same day. Very attentive hosts.

We had an awesome stay at this condo! Everything was right on spot from booking to checking in, to having an amazing stay, to checking out! This condo is in the perfect location if you're looking to stay in downtown Helen. We parked our car when we arrived and did not use it again until we checked out. My grandkids tubed at Cool River Tubing twice on Saturday. We were literally in the parking lot right across from Cool River check-in office. The kids just walked across and got right on the bus. And ended up right back there at the end. There are also awesome restaurants and a Dollar General within walking distance. You can walk up the hill to the front of the condo and be on Main Street! We walked down one side and back up the other, visiting all the wonderful shops! There's an area directly on the riverbanks where you can enjoy the Chattahoochee River! We will definitely be back to stay hopefully in Condo A again! Thanks for making our short vacation amazing!!
