« Overall, property was nice and quiet. Host was very responsive to my questions when I texted. They came right away to drop off some essentials which was very nice! The only true complaint is the couch, especially being indoors during our stay because of the weather, the couch was a tight squeeze for 2 of us to spend extended periods of time on it. But the beds, very comfortable, shower was hot and pressure was good. Would recommend »

It's an adorable home with good juju that is only a few minutes walk to the heart of Phoenicia, including the lovely Esopus Creek, of which we provided a photo. We greatly appreciated the comfortable bed, as well as the sauna in the wellness room, and communication with the host was always clear and quick. "The guy at the reception finished his cigarette before greeting me. The door of my room did not lock because it ha been forced open by a prybar type of tool. It took them an additional 10 minutes to give me a new room and key. He gave me the key to an occupied room. Another 15 minutes Ian other room…terrible. People from outside came and help themselves with the breakfast buffet in the morning. Staff did not interfere. Felt like the place is operated by low life mafia. I was afraid that my truck would get stolen.. "
