Its difficult to understand why some folks weaponise reviews like this. Rome is a truly exceptional villa and one of our all time guest favourites. On this occasion the guest paid a massively discounted 430 for 2 nights - less than the normal price for one night. Normally when something like this occurs its because the guest has requested a whole heap of extras at no cost when we are already operating at a very slim margin. And they punish us for "spoiling" their trip by not giving away the farm to make their occasion more special. Its very sad that this occurs but covid really has made some folks more ruthless. Mani

Hi Avishka. Thank you so much for staying with us. We use Starlink internet which is normally awesome, but like any technology it can have minor issues from time to time. It looks like you missed the bin in the excitement of staying at the villa. There is a 20l bin at the side of the kitchen in Masamune and a row of 8 large industrial bins at the front for excess rubbish. In any event, we're so glad you enjoyed your stay.
