„I was very comfortable. I enjoyed the hotel a lot parking is a bit expensive 25 dollars a night“

„Ich empfand das Hotel insgesamt sehr ansprechend, nutzte den Pool und genoss das Frühstück auf Porzellanteller. Die warmen Gerichte wechselten täglich. Die Lobby lud abends zum Verweilen ein. Das Personal (Counter & Frühstück) war sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder“

„Das Zimmer war super und würden wir wieder buchen“

„Gute Lage zum Airport, freundliches Personal“

„Staff had no idea what was going on. At first they were worried they oversold. Couldn’t get any information about park and fly. Gave no directions or assistance.“

„Very nice and clean hotel, staff extremly friendly and serviceminded, will book again for sure “

„Clean room, great AC, one of the best breakfasts I've had for a hotel, awesome location, clear to the mall and train stations, only downfall is the lack of a hot tub and you have pay for parking, otherwise highly recommend!!“

„ideal für Besuch in Mall of America“

„Friendly stuff. Good Location. Free parking. But the room was smelly, Not Well cleaned.“

„Clean room“

„The location is super convient. Perfect for a shopping trip. Only downside is that you have to call for the airport shuttle and if you don’t have an american number that is quite hard. Other than that all was perfect - staff was nice and super good location.“

„Alles in allem sehr sauber und moderne Einrichtung. Allein die Zimmerbelüftung (nicht die Klimaanlage) war sehr laut und lies sich leider nicht abstellen.“

„Good place and value to spend the night before an early morning flight out of MSP.“

„Sam at the front desk was great!“

„Very central location. There was a good selection at breakfast. The parking fee of 15$ plus additional handling should be mentioned on the hotel website. Staff was friendly. Some of the upholstry in the lobby and room were stained and not inviting to sit on. Otherwise the room was clean.“

„I was expecting more because of their high rating. There was not enough Stay&Park parking, nothing to eat at the bar besides pizza, pool area was overcrowded and loud, carpets looked dirty and worn. I will probably not stay there again. “

„The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself is being renovated at the moment. It needs it ! as it’s a very tired looking hotel.“
