« My wife and I have just stayed at The Moorland Hotel for 4 nights, 3 of which we had an evening meal. Beautiful location in Dartmoor with plenty of walks nearby. From start to finish all the staff were brilliant, helpful, friendly etc... special mention to Carly, and all the restaurant, breakfast and bar restaurant staff we came across but cannot remember their names. « Absolutely fabulous few days away. This is a real gem of a hotel. Quiet and secluded but a real joy to experience. The staff are so helpful and genuine (Rosie, Sharon and Oliver deserve medals)
There was plenty of choice for breakfast, the cooked breakfast was tasty and well presented.
The evening dinner menu and quality of food was 10/10. I think it could be even better with a slightly extended menu.

« Our stay at the Cridford Inn was absolutely fantastic. From the room, the staff, the restaurant (we tried the medieval recipes and they were great), the bar and the fabulous breakfast. Our only regret is that we didnât stay longer. The area offers a vast number of walks on the beautiful Moor. »
