« This property is exactly as described. The welcome starter kit was a surprise and we found the Villa was close to everything we wanted to do. The beach acess is across the street, the pool is very refreshing in the eveing and the laundry room was clean and convenient. We will be returning to this Villa in the very near future. »

Pretty much everything you need is in a 0.5 mile radius of this location. Tram service to take you to/from the beach picks up in the back by the pool, which was convenient, but the deeded beach access that comes along with this rental is only about a 0.25 mile walk, 5-7 min away.
