« Our hosts quickly responded to our needs when there was a slight mixup when we couldn’t find the travel crib for my 1 year old granddaughter. Chris came and setup the packnplay with new sheets and it worked perfectly for her. One of the main reasons we chose this house was that it already came with the crib and it was one less thing we had to worry about. The beds were all very comfortable and we all slept wonderful although I would agree with another review that the pillows could use a refresh....

« Our stay here was great! The property was exactly as depicted in the photos. All bedrooms were downstairs in a long hallway, which actually made nap times and bed times easier for everyone. Upstairs was the kitchen and living area, and we all loved going up there and spending time together. The property manager was very responsive the few times I had to reach out (late checkout related). I did notice underneath the beds hadn’t been cleaned before our stay. « My family rented the house for my husbands 60th birthday. We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home, clean and walking distant to the beach. Would definitely stay here again! »

« I don’t recall the listing noting that to heat the pool/hot tub cost 70/night plus tax. So we weren’t able to use the pool or hot tub. Water filter in refrigerate was expired. Rest of the stay was nice. »

« The house was on a quaint street and easily accessible to the beach via the provided bicycles or golf cart. Everything was super clean and we loved the floorplan. The primary bedroom and bath were perfect and also had a private patio that was ideal to work and have coffee in the mornings. The front patio with dining table was great for breakfast or dinner while getting to say hello to the passers by. We loved everything about this house! »

« Communication prior to and during our trip was perfectly attentive and friendly. The house is every bit as beautiful as it looks online. Clean, plenty of towels and toiletries. Air conditioning works great. Kitchen is great for making a quick meal or breakfast. Unbeatable location. We will be coming back as many times as possible! Loved this stay — thank you Rob!! »

« Very unique cabin in the woods feel which was peaceful and lovely! Enjoyed the place very much… and beach nearby too! »

« I took my daughter and her 5 friends 16/17yr for Spring Break. Location was great if your want to be near Seaside/the Square. The pool is large with plenty of seating out side. It was a short walk with easy access to the beach. The house has beach chairs and a wagon with umbrellas underneath the carport for guests to use, however NO BEACH-TOWELS. Be aware.. There is no ground floor entry level so be prepared to carry all of your belongings and groceries up the front stairs of the home. Overall...

« We loved the house, it’s the second time we have stayed for Thanksgiving. However, the house needs some attention. Paint inside is peeling, blinds don’t work, furniture is broken, outside light is out, and front steps are broken. Great house and location, but the condition of house is not so great. »

« We rented this house for our kids spring break. The location of the house was perfect. It was walking distance to everything. The house had a great set up. The carriage house was really cute. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were really nice. The outdoor area was really nice and we also enjoyed hanging out on the front porch doing some people watching. »

« Parking space was great. Beds were nice. Early check in was appreciated. Microwave door was off set. Ice maker wasn’t working but they sent someone to fix:) bath tub upstairs had standing dirty water in it. Very generous amount of towels and kitchenware. Golf cart and bikes were a lot of fun. »

« The stay here was beyond amazing, beautiful home with lots of amenities. We had a total of seven staying and had ample room to have quiet moments as needed. The tram helped make things easier for travel once we figured out how it worked. The only down side was we had three cars and there are only two parking spots, so we had to find additional parking. »

The house was just the right size for us to have our own space away from the kids (and vice versa) when needed, and just enough bathroom space for everyone. The included golf cart was great to head to the beach or downtown when needed. The neighborhood was quiet and the pools were very convenient.
