« VRBO is nice. It is attached to a house so you do get noise/smells from upstairs occasionally, but it turned off at 10pm at quiet hours. We received A LOT of automated messages about our stay, including regarding our snafu of not having a coffee filter/lack of coffee K cups, but no real solutions were offered, just platitudes. Place is clean, has good amenities, and it we were able to check in early for a fee. »

« There were a couple of rooms rented by college or high school kids. The rooms were filled with kids who were shooting fake guns at the parking lot, hanging off railings and generally disturbing everyone else’s stay. There needs to be a manager on sight to deal with people like this. Other than that, all was ok. »

« This was a perfect non-hotel option for our road trip. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and perfectly located for easy access to downtown. Small kitchen allowed us to store foods and start our day with breakfast. The bath was perfect and the upstairs area was comfortable. We didn’t have time for the hot tub with full days of tourist activities, but it looked very inviting and was convenient. We had a great stay, and would highly recommend! »

« I had a great stay at the Sojourn!! The host has great communication and the space was very clean! The room smelled a bit funky when I first arrived (like food), but I think it was the AC that’s in the kitchen area. Besides that, everything was wonderful! Good location, and a nice place if wanting to stay near Badlands NP without being too far or too pricey!! Would definitely stay at the Sojourn again if I ever come back! »

« Restaurants very close. We walked. Room is great for 2 people. 2 kids could sleep on the pullout couch. Appreciated the smart tv. There is a hair dryer . No laundry. Base camp is a good name for it. A place to flop after a day outside. Nice mattress. Beautiful murals on doors. « The heating was not centralized and noisey. The beds were comfortable. Living room furniture was not comfortable. Almost every place we stay at has only toxic teflon pans to use.
