There was a minor issue with the heating system, and he was patient and helped me fix it quickly, never making me feel like I was pestering him. « I rented this awesome home from Bradley and Rachel for a surprise 40th birthday gathering for my wife and some of her sisters and long time family friendsThe women loved it . It was very spacious , had a beautiful setting .and clean . The hot tub out on the deck was a big hit and from all the great and funny photos I was shown the next day I know for sure these girls will have memories forever. So if you’re gonna be in the great Barrington area, and need a place to stay.this is a must rent...

"The guy at the reception finished his cigarette before greeting me. The door of my room did not lock because it ha been forced open by a prybar type of tool. It took them an additional 10 minutes to give me a new room and key. He gave me the key to an occupied room. Another 15 minutes Ian other room…terrible. People from outside came and help themselves with the breakfast buffet in the morning. Staff did not interfere. Felt like the place is operated by low life mafia. I was afraid that my truck would get stolen.. "
