  • Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

    Direct Oceanfront 3 bedrooms Villa with gorgeous renovations

    This 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa offers a comfortable vacation for friends or family groups. Enjoy ocean views with access to your private balcony through the living room or master bedroom. The living room is furnished with enough space to accommodate all your lazy beach bums after an exciting day on the beach.

    The kitchen is equipped and ready to create your next meal. Quartz counter tops, a stainless microwave and dishwasher, new tile, and custom cabinets There was plenty of room for dining at the table, and we added seats at the breakfast bar.

    The master suite has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, ocean views, and a large walk-in shower with a separate vanity area. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and shares the hall bath with a deep soaking tub and shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, a private bath with a large walk-in shower, and a slider door to a private oceanfront balcony.

Great vacation

This property was very accurate with the description. Very clean, beautiful view, plenty of seating. We enjoyed the community, the pool and beach as well as biking to play pickle ball and tennis.

The only thing that was wrong with this villa was the microwave over the stove was broke. However there was a replacement microwave that was set on the counter and that worked fine. I would definitely use Island time for our next vacation in Hilton Head.

Beautiful condo with Fantastic view

The unit was a very spacious 3 bedroom. The master was very comfortable with a great view of the ocean. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking. Checking in was easy and check out was simple. There was plenty of parking. The Palmetto grounds were beautiful. The property manager was great with really good communication about the unit and Hilton Head Island. I recommend this unit.

Beautiful View from this Perfect Condo!

The six of us had a fabulous time at The Barrington Arms! The spacious three bedroom condo was perfect for us, our daughter and her husband and their two children. It had everything we needed and wanted, especially the mesmerizing view of the ocean. The beach was easy to access and the nearby Shelter Cove had amenities that we all enjoyed. The staff at Island Time were very professional and helpful throughout the process. It was a joyous place for us to spend Christmas and we voted that we would all like to return next year!

Beautiful spacious villa on the beach

404 Barrington Arms in Palmetto Dunes is great! 4th floor, has elevator. Beautiful with gorgeous views. Amazing wildlife everywhere. Kitchen stocked. TV easy to use. Internet works well. Great water pressure, beds and furniture comfy. Great dishwasher, and full sized laundry. Garage parking. Easy! We all loved it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay in this Villa, and 3rd at Barrington. The resort and villa are both wonderful. It's 3 bedrooms, which is both unusual and nice, gives our granddaughter her own little space. Great views of the ocean from the balcony and master. Clean and well equipped, bedding is very comfortable though a bit high if you're shorter like I am. I love Barrington resort because it's at the south end of the beach with no public beach access, so even in high season the beach isn't crowded. The pool is good and the cleaning people stay on top of the area. The only issue I had with the villa is a minor one - the patio screen doors both dont work, one was off the track and the other frozen open in place - but this seems pretty common with the climate in the area I've found. We love the resort and 404 Barrington and would definitely come back.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This villa was not as was written up on the web page. It appeared to be a unit that was quickly put on the rental market before it was ready. The kitchen was poorly equipped and appliances old. The oven was missing a broiler pan and a meal could be cooked on preheat because it took the oven so long to reach its temperature which took over 1/2 hour. The toaster burned no matter what the setting and the Mr. Coffee could not be not be programmed. The slider to the balcony didn't lock and had no handle on the outside so you had to leave the door partially open to get back inside. The slider in the main bedroom didn't open and was blocked by a chair. All window treatments were torn. Fans, which were provided in every room, had to be used in one bedroom because the air conditioner never cooled it down. The dryer was so high you needed a step stool to see the settings. The storage closet was filled with paint cans. Very few hangers were in the closet. Having stayed with Island Times previously, this was a disappointment.

Property was clean and beautiful decor. Ocean and pool right there and the grounds were beautiful , very well maintained. The turtles were a bonus. Highly recommend cant wait to go back! Only negative they need to fix the screens to condo so you can enjoy some fresh air and listen to ocean with doors open.

The property was well maintained, and things that were not working were quickly taken care of by the management company. I really thought the management company did a good job. I would recommend this unit AFTER the owner replaces the mattresses which are horrible. Everyone in our group had trouble sleeping on the mattresses.

Celebrating 50th anniversary October 2022

Three couples rented this condo for a 6 night getaway to celebrate 50th wedding anniversary of long time friends. Perfect setup for three couples. Perfect location. Loved the heated pool. Balcony was excellent overlooking pool and great size for the six of us. The only small thing I would recommend, not enough glasses or silverware and the couch is pretty wore down. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. Having the elevator right out our door was handy. We all decided we would like to rent again.

Oceanviews and relaxation

This condo is very spacious, sunny and comfortable. The photos accurately represent the space, and the kitchen is well equipped. The "starter kit" of soap, shampoo and kitchen cleaning supplies is adequate for a week. We rented bikes for the week and enjoyed biking on the neighborhood paths and walking along the beach. The pool is heated and comfortable in early Spring. Plenty of activities for non-golfers like kayaking, tennis or pickle ball. I highly recommend this rental.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All beds in this unit need replacement. You sink into the frame in the master bedroom and I could not get out of the bed because my whole body ached. It was the same with all beds in this unit. Only rent if you are young, I am 70 can the master was not firm. Unit is in a fabulous location within Barrington, could use a table on the terrace and more comfortable seating than chairs provided. Main sofa also sags likes the beds, but overall look is pleasing.
