Huge Space, Great location & Price

This worked so well for my friends and I. We were with a group renting another condo, and it was so easy to walk between them. The large kitchen and table seating was fantastic. Perfect stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon entering the unit, the AC wasn't working properly. We called and there was a technician at the door within 10 minutes and it was fixed! We love the location of the unit (5 minute bike ride to beach, quick walk to pool and general store). The unit is very large and quiet! The deck is lovely. Kitchen was updated and well equipped. The unit is in need of updating overall. The carpet in the bedrooms needs to be replaced. Bed in the primary bedroom was not very comfortable.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa in 526 was not cleaned properly when we arrived - a dirty bottle was by the couch. Upon a request to have things cleaned up, the job was mediocre to say the least. There was no garbage can in the entire villa. The patio in 646 needs repair and gardening needs to occur. There are many overgrown bushes making access to the pool difficult. I continue to wait for a refund for the cleaning part of what I paid. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of both villas.

The rental was very close to pickleball court, general store and short walk to the beach. They also provide a shuttle to the beach which is also a nice perk. Very close to shopping, restaurants and other activities all within 2-5 miles. Would recommend staying at this resort.

Golf Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to play golf. The Hills course was disappointing. The Jones course was enjoyable to play and I would play it again. We got rained out at the Fazio course. Harbour Town was worth the drive. The weather was cloudy and damp, so we did not getto the beach. The property we rented met our needs. It was clean, well stocked, and comfortable.

Short walk to the beach, pickle ball and tennis centre, General Store and Alexander’s for fine dining. Very clean with very well stocked kitchen and a good BBQ on the deck. Would highly recommend.

My daughters hands, knees and feet were black after crawling on the floor for 10 minutes. I took it upon myself to go buy a mop and mop the floors. . Also the kitchen countertops weren’t whipped at all, sticky to the touch
