Great condo, great location

Such a great place and fully stocked.The condo had everything you need and Cathy also provided snacks and coffee. The beach was a short walk and even the plaza with all the restaurants. We barely drove, we just walked most of the time. We also enjoyed the tiki Hut which is a also a short walk.

Perfect couples getaway

Absolutely loved this top-floor villa. The view is one of the best I’ve ever had and the villa only matches that. Furniture is really nice and the appliances are top of the line. Nice and quiet community as well. My wife and I even discussed coming back in the future!

Great stay!

My family and I had a great stay in Cathy’s VRBO. She left us a welcoming gift and texted me throughout the stay to assure that everything was going good. Room was very clean and had everything you need for the beach. Views from the balcony were amazing. I’ve been on 15 beach vacations and this VRBO tops them all because of the cleanliness and direct view of the beach.

This unit is fabulous! Cannot beat the location and views! The complex and location of the unit was so quiet! Everything we needed was great. Beach equipment was top of the line! We really appreciated that! Unit decorated so cute and it was spotless! Cathy was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We will def stay here again!

Great oceanfront views!

Great condo. This is a terrific location on Forest Beach. Easy and quick walk to the beach on the boardwalk just outside. Just over 5 minute walk to Coligny. The condo is well equipped and very comfortable. The owner checked in on us to make sure all was well.Highly recommend!

This property is wonderful. Location and view are excellent. Furnishings are top notch. Electronics, cabinets, lights are clearly labeled to reduce visitor frustrations. this condo was stocked with everything you could possible need and did not bring. things you need and don't want to bring like beach chairs and tents plastic bags even coins for the washer and dryer. this was our first time there and i can say i've never stayed anywhere like this. amazing!!

Pleasant spring break holiday!

The unit was perfect for a couple, particularly the porch off the living room with its view of the beach. Easy access to the beach, Coligny Plaza, and other restaurants and bars. Communication from the host was detailed and accurate. Kitchen appliances, wi-fi, and television functioned perfectly. Weather for early March accommodated nicely. A little rain but we were able to walk the beach every day.We love Hilton Head and usually rent a much larger house for our extended family, but will definitely come back when it's just my wife and me.

Perfect For Us!!

The most important point for us: Location and view! Yes, cleanliness is key (and a must in my book). And being well-stocked is so helpful. Good parking in a good area: also important. This rental meets all those criteria. (And I emphasize: very clean, very well-stocked, and beautifully updated.) But the location and view is the "beyond expectations" selling point here. A "front row seat" is what we had in this unit! Ocean front. Sitting on the balcony with our coffee in the morning, and most of our meals as well, watching the tide come in and go out, and listening to the waves...This ocean-front corner unit delivered beautifully!! The unit is perfect for two adults. We used the elevator (in the middle of the complex) for getting our luggage in and out. Otherwise we used the stairs, very near the unit. Cathy is a great host and was easy to communicate with. We didn't have any issues while we were there that made it necessary, but it was good to know we could reach her if needed. We would love to rent this place again!

Paradise

I visit Hilton Head 3 or 4 times a year but this is my first time in this unit. It is absolutely paradise to have direct oceanfront, end unit. Very quiet and absolutely gorgeous. Immaculate unit, all up-to-date appliances. Wonderful host w coffee, grooming supply package for those of us who fly-this is a real treat. I absolutely loved everything about this unit & such a kind host who stayed in contact before & touched base to make sure everything was satisfactory. I cannot wait to return to this unit. Also having a grocery & plenty of restaurant & snack places—you never need a car.

Great Trip

We went to Hilton Head SC for our 18th Wedding Anniversary. Had never been there before. Great location, we were with in walking of everything we wanted to do. Close to Coligny Plaza, about a 15 minute walk. So much to do there. Our host Cathy was Great. We will definitely be back.
