We really enjoyed our stay in your condo! Everything was so clean and well stocked with the essentials. I especially appreciated the nightlights throughout the condo, as I have vision problems. It’s the little things lol The condo is a perfect location-so close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, grocery store and a park for the grandkids! You will definitely be our 1st choice for another stay in your condo if we come back to HH!

Lovely and Perfect Location

This property is very well equipped and has been updated beautifully! We enjoyed the location which is near golf, the beach, pool and Coligny Square. Shopping, groceries, restaurants and entertainment all within walking distance! You’ll love it! Perfect for a fun get away !!!

Beautifully decorated condo

The property was beautiful. The bedroom on the second floor had bunk beds, and the listing appeared to have 4 beds in that room, but in actuality it was 3 beds. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The parking wasn’t the best, especially if you have more than one car. There were stores and restaurants in walking distance. I would definitely recommend this location.

Great for a Getaway

The house is even bigger than you think from the listing. There are three bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom as well as a spacious common area on the main level. The property is not only spacious, but the location is incredible. There are tons of shops, restaurants and cafes within a short walk. The beach is also very convenient. The house has everything you need for the perfect beach day. Highly recommend if you're looking to travel to Hilton Head.

Lovely Condo Close to Beach and Restaurants

The condo unit was impeccably clean and had everything we needed. Nicely supplied with t.p., kleenex, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Location is within walking distance of the beach and the pool was right outside the patio door. Outdoor space was nice although it rained most of our visit, so we did not use it. Plenty of room for six adults with three large bedrooms all with attached bathrooms. Living space was a little tight for six adults to hang out and watch TV, but there was plenty of comfortable seating. Parking space right outside condo door.

PERFECT!!

We have been staying at the same complex for 10 years. This year we changed it up and we couldn’t be happier! This unit was perfect. Plenty of room for our family (adult children) to have their own spaces. The unit was spotless and very welcoming. We cannot say enough good things about it. Location was so close to everything, yet so quiet!

Great location - Easy access to beach and local amenities

Family enjoyed to Condo. Great location to access to the beach, 8 min walk and they offered beach chairs and a cart to carry - plus to our family. Many restaurants and establishments in walking distance. Owner responded quickly to any questions we had.

Ultimate Spring Break in Hilton Head

(5) family/friends in our unit with (7+) others in the area made this Spring Break a special time for everyone. This location CANNOT BE BEAT! So close to everything you would want and the condo is in beautiful shape and has all of the amenities and conveniences anyone can require. Truly hope to be back!

Great condo in perfect location

Our family of 4 stayed here for a week. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our vacation on HHI. Definitely more than enough room for us. All the bedrooms were really nice too. Loved the location. Walking distance to the Coligny shopping area where you can find a grocery store, lots of restaurants, and many retail shops. The beach is a short walk away. Nice to have beach chairs and a wagon provided to take with us. Paul reached out during our stay to make sure everything was good. So kind of him to check in. Overall, we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Outstanding Property

The best place we have ever stayed. Everything was excellent. Well stocked kitchen, including a second coffee pot so we could do decaf at the same time. Perfect location! Great parking. Wonderful place for a golfing vacation!

A+ Stay

We had a wonderful vacation here. The condo is exactly as described. Beds we’re comfortable and the place was immaculate! We had everything we needed. Location was perfect. Great host, great location

This is a fantastic rental, just three blocks to the beach and a short walk to Coligny Plaza. The home is comfortable, well-kept and nicely updated. The owner is very quick to answer questions and follows-up to make sure your stay is going well. Highly recommend.

PERFECT!

This property was perfect for our family vacation. We had two other families that stayed in the same complex and ours was by far the best for a number of reasons. First, the communication from booking through our stay was excellent. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and then some. Short walk to the beach and Coligny plaza. Would definitely book again!

Family Vacation

The property was wonderful…completely renovated top to bottom and very convenient to the beach, shops, and restaurants at Coligny Plaza. We walked out our door and the pool was only a few steps away. We loved it!

Great location and property for family w teens and friends

This property was a great location near Coligny. We had our 17 year old son with two friends, our 21 year old as well. We rented bikes from Sharky’s—short walk to their location to pick them up since they don’t deliver. However, they were cheaper than other local bike rentals and bikes were new and in good repair. The property was very clean. Recently updated. Not even sandy baseboard! This three story lay out was perfect for our situation-teens w friends. Everyone had their own space without feeling over crowded. Our third floor bedroom had an excellent mattress and pillows. The ride to beach access on bikes was an easy ~2 block ride. The unit was well appointed with Maytag washer/dryer, Beach cart, multiple beach chairs (good ones), beach towels. This makes traveling more pleasant when not having to pack those essentials. Pool was a few steps away from the back door balcony. Pool was clean, moderate sized with plenty of chairs. Owner was highly responsive from the time of renting until departure. This would be a great location for those with teens so they could ride to Coligny on bikes and have a sense of freedom or a multiple family venture because of the layout.

Clean and comfortable unit with responsive host

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. We came from three different states and three generations. We had sufficient room. My aged parents arrived first and found the unit clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Even in their 70s being in the third floor bedroom was quite manageable for them. Having the Piggly less than a block away was quite convenient and minimized having to juggle cars and guest spots very frequently. Being right next to the Coligny shops was a nice convenience. The pool area was clean and rarely busy. The beach was a manageable paved walk and quite easy with 7 and 9 year olds. There’s plenty to do in a short drive from the unit. The Celebration Park is also very close. I messaged Paul with just one clarification on garbage pick up and had an immediate response. Would definitely recommend this unit for a family wanting to experience Hilton Head.
