The Space:

Perched at the end of a quiet row of villas in Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort, this spacious three-bedroom retreat overlooks the fairways of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course - a peaceful, green backdrop that sets the tone for the entire stay. Whether you're here for the beaches, the golf, the bike trails, or simply to unwind together as a family, this end-unit villa delivers room, comfort, and access to one of Hilton Head Island's most beloved resort communities.

 

Living space

Inside, the villa opens up with a bright, well-appointed living area furnished with plush seating and a wall-mounted TV. The space flows naturally out to a private patio where those golf course views take center stage. The dining table seats six, making it easy to gather for meals before a day of exploring. A dedicated workspace is also available for anyone who needs to stay connected.

 

Kitchen

The fully updated kitchen is stocked and ready for home cooking, featuring granite countertops, updated cabinetry, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, and all the dishes and silverware you'll need. Whether it's a full family breakfast or a quick lunch between activities, the kitchen handles it all.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The villa sleeps up to eight guests across three bedrooms. The main-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony. Upstairs, the second bedroom also features a king bed, a private balcony, and its own en-suite. The third bedroom is set up for larger groups or families with kids, offering two double beds and two bunk beds, plus balcony access and a dedicated bathroom.

 

Bathrooms

The villa includes three full bathrooms and a half bath. Each is well-equipped with a bathtub, hair dryer, hot water, and cleaning products. Towels, bed linens, and toilet paper are all provided.

 

In-unit conveniences

A washer and dryer are in the unit, along with an iron, hangers, and all the essentials you'd expect. The villa is equipped with air conditioning and heating, a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. Self check-in is available via smart lock, and a private entrance means arrivals and departures are simple and seamless.

 

Resort & location

Palmetto Dunes is a gated oceanfront resort with an 11-mile lagoon system ideal for canoeing and kayaking, championship golf courses, scenic bike trails, tennis facilities, and beaches within easy reach. The resort's pool is available for guest use. Getting around the resort is easy thanks to the complimentary Dunes Buggy shuttle service, which runs mid-March through mid-September and provides on-demand transportation throughout Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove.

 

Please Note

Palmetto Dunes is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $45. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.



Free access to The Dunes Buggy transportation which provides courtesy transportation within Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove mid-March through mid-September. This on-demand service dispatches vehicles on a first-come, first-serve basis!

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.



Palmetto Dunes Buggy Service

Free shuttle service. The Palmetto Dunes Buggy service provides complimentary transportation within the Palmetto Dunes Resort and Shelter Cove Harbor. Don't worry about renting a car or spending money on getting to and from all the amenities and things to do at Palmetto Dunes.



The shuttle service will take you to the beach, golf courses, restaurants, shops, and tennis courts at Palmetto Dunes. It will also bring you to Shelter Cove Harbour, Towne Center, and the Plaza. This area is bustling and offers plenty of activities and things to do just off-site.



The Palmetto Dunes Buggy service is available seasonally from April to September. Each van is dispatched on a first-come, first serve basis by request. Typically vans arrive within 10 minutes of a call.
