Great house for a family get away

Fabulous property

Perfect property for a get together. Very comfortable with great bedroom and bathroom layout. Fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful pool and deck with full size table. Easy walk to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. Really perfect!We had one small issue with a coffee maker that wasn't working, but after reporting the issue a new coffee pot was delivered to the doorstep. Great service!

Nice place

This was a nice place for our extended family to stay. each family had its own bedroom and bath which was nice. The kids enjoyed the pool as well as one of the adults. It was a short walk to the beach once we figured it out. LOL!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, the location is great and proximity to the beach is close. Before we booked this property, I messaged the host to ensure that we could have the pool heated. The host responded yes and gave us details about the process. After booking, I emailed the host with our plans the pool and I was told now they would not be able to heat the pool. Total bate and switch. Got our money then changed the story. The house could desperately use new linens, mattresses, and pillows. Like a lot of other vacation rentals in Hilton head this property is managed by a massive company. Every time I contacted the company about the pool I got a different person with a different answer. It was very offputting and dishonest. Overall, we had a nice day, but had a bad taste in our mouth about the dishonesty with the Pool.

Great stay at great property

Accurate listing and a great home. Loved 1 level layout since we have a 1 year old. Pool was heated and was plenty warm for highs in low 70s. Will explore this house when we stay at HHI again.

We really enjoyed staying at this nice house. It had everything we needed. Only problem was it had a funny small. That was from the cleaners using something. It was really strong. We dealt with it, but I’d get different cleaners or talk to them.

No Heat on Christmas Eve

This rating is all over the place because the house seemed nice, but we only stayed 24 hrs and they were miserable because the furnace did not work. We checked in on 23Dec and realized late at night (22 degrees outside) that there was no heat. I spent Christmas Eve trying to get moved to another house. While things do happen, the furnace guy told us that this thing clearly had not been able to work in a long time. The corrosion was bad. It appears that no one had done any maintenance, so when we got there and tried to turn it on it was discovered. After 24 hrs of 48 degrees in a home, we did get moved to another house and all was right with the world :)

Love Baynard Cove 16

We've rented a lot of VRBO homes and this one is at the top of the list. The home is very comfortable for a large family. Separate bathrooms for each bedroom is nice. The floor plan is open and the decorations are great for HHI. The cleaning service did a very thorough job. The pool is good size (recommend heat for the cooler months - but it is pricey). The location is perfect. Beach is walkable, or ride your bikes there in just a few minutes. It's not 1st-3rd row, but it's also a fraction of the cost of those homes. The area around the home is spectacular. We will be back, whether with our extended family or with friends. We highly recommend this place, but leave some future openings for us! :)

Wonderful!

Our stay included my husband and I, our 3 kids with their spouses and our granddaughter. The house was very clean and spacious for all 9 of us, plenty of towels and fully furnished kitchen with all utensils and pots and pans needed to cook. We really enjoyed being able to cook some meals in but also go out for meals. Nice pool setting for when we didn’t want to make the trek to the beach. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and made a lot of wonderful memories.

Excellent experience. Short walk to the beach. We rented 3 bikes for $125 for the week. Wish they had a couple beach chairs and beach towels at the house , since we flew couldn’t bring the bulky stuff. Other than that. Wonderful stay. Thank you

Wonderful Vacation

Great place and location... close to the ocean and cute neighborhood! Easy access to bike trails and quick ride to the South Beach shopping and Salty Dog area and Harbour Town. Tons of outside space, and inside was clean; plenty of room for six people to join together in the living room. We were shocked at the cost to heat the pool for the week. After some digging and questioning, we did find out this was normal and most places will charge similar prices. The owners were accommodating to our concerns. Only complaint is that is was advertised as a “VERY LOW COST” which we felt was misleading. They should have it in the details, as that is not low when considering all the expenses if traveling. Otherwise, great house for a family to have a great time with private spaces for alone time. We enjoyed our time here very much!

Wonderful Stay!

It was so nice for each family to have their own bathroom. The kitchen had plenty of pantry space. The pool was nice with plenty of seating for everyone. We had trouble with one TV and management took care of it immediately. We have stayed in many lovely homes on HHI and would rank this one at the top. We would return in a heartbeat.
