„I had my scheduled accommodation bail on me last minute- it was a real bummer because it had parking and was close to Wrigley (my destination). Luckily, I found Dorothy's Place open and I reserved it. I found parking right around the corner, and it was really easy to get in and out and around the town. „What a beautiful home. Erick was a most gracious host. The room and shower was lovely as well as the comfortable bed. We so enjoyed the common areas along with the lovely selection of coffees teas and bakery items. Our only complaint is that the room we were in was extremely hot the first night and unfortunately the ceiling fan made an obnoxious clicking noise. Thankfully it cooled off for our second evening. „Ich war wegen des Marathon zu Besuch in Chicago. Die Unterkunft war dafür sehr gut geeignet, weil sie nur wenige Gehminuten von der Blue Line entfernt ist. Bucktown ist eine sehr hübsche Nachbarschaft, in der ich mich sicher und wohl gefühlt habe. Zum Einkaufen oder Essen gehen bin ich große Umwege gegangen, weil es mir hier so gut gefallen hat. „What a beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed the grounds and the ambiance of the main house. Our room was in the carriage house and it was cozy and nicely appointed with various musical instruments, reminiscent of the man for which this room was named. We got up and dressed and walked across the back garden path to the main house for breakfast. It was a purely pleasurable experience.
