« Very small car park and was a problem on arrival , no spaces . Is sorted by staff but does seem a constant problem. Will definitely go back , views amazing, spa lovely, come home feeling totally relaxed »

« A very enjoyable stay, the room was beautifuly decorated with plenty of space. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Had a meal in the restaurant first evening which was very enjoyable. Great outdoor and indoor space to have a drink. Poole is a lovely area and we thought this hotel was very good value. »

« We stayed 4 to 6 th December 25 for my hubbys birthday. Got upgrades to a lovely sea view room that was amazing and had a free standing bath in the bedroom. Bar was a nice atmosphere and nice drinks and breakfast was delicious. The weather was glorious on the 4 th so had a swim in the outdoor pool which was heated and then went to sauna and indoor pool . « Very nice hotel located very near to the beach ! The staff is amazing, welcoming and ready to help. I wish the breakfast had more options but other than that it was very nice. The rooms are spacious however the bathroom tends to be small it did not bother us that much but bare in mind that the shows booths are small and the only option are rainshower.. (I do not like to wet my hair everyday so this made it difficult) We had a very nice stay, love the style of the hotel and the staff is again...

« Personnel sympatique, chambre très grande, quartier calme, on rejoint la place en 10-15 minutes puis une petite demi-heure le long de la plage pour rejoindre le "pier", il faisait beau pour nous c'était top ! Le petit déjeuner est servi à l'hôtel d'à côté, buffet et plats chauds sur commande. Par contre, la réception ferme à 18h (expédia mentionnait 22h), après on récupère la clé dans une keybox (indications reçues par mail au dernier moment).
