« We were welcomed warmly by Greg who explained what we needed to know and showed to our room. The room is as nice as any room I have stayed in and I’ve stayed at the Mandarin Oriental!! The bedding was Luxurious and the bed wonderfully comfy. With tea and coffee making facilities in the room with fresh milk, I hope I have a reason to return. Absolutely 5 Stars »

« Suffice to say, if we're looking for somewhere to stay in the area again we won't need to look any further than The Dabbling Duck. We were well looked after from start to finish. Superb accommodation and lovely food - especially the breakfast which was perfect. »

« The grounds and general location were beautiful, we checked in via lock box which was simple and efficient. We made use of the free electric charging which was unheard of and brilliant (partially because it worked so many don’t). The room was spacious and I found the bed comfy although my partner thought it was a little lumpy. The bathroom was huge!! Great toiletries, shower pressure was spot on. Having air con when it was 28 degrees was brilliant and made it possible to sleep comfortably...

« We arrived on a Wednesday evening had a shower. The room was spotless , then had dinner which was a Pie and a pint. Lovely dinner. The staff were excellent, very friendly. »

« A lovely pretty place to stay. We stayed in the Wood Lodge. Which was sweet with its own little garden / courtyard. Location is great especially as the beach is a 2 minutes walk where you can go and watch the sunset. I would highly recommend this place, especially as there are different accommodation options to pick from. Nigel was very helpful and welcoming. Extra added bonus is dogs are welcome... »

« The property is clean and bright, the bedroom decor was lovely. The bed is extremely comfortable and the temperature just right. The en-suite is a little cramped but perfectly manageable and the parking a bit tight - but there is parking for everyone. The breakfast is fantastic and the hosts delightful. A brilliant find within a short walk of Sheringham high street and beach. »

« This was one of the most unique places I have ever stayed. A beautiful, well equipped room with a great view of the marshes. We stayed on a Sunday and booked a hamper for tea. It was so delicious! I highly recommend Cley Windmill as a great place to stay in a lovely place\ »
