Welcome to our 4 Bed/4 Bath Luxury Lodge on pristine Lake Taneycomo. This two-story lodge is fully equipped with virtually everything you will need.

The main level living area has charming tongue-and-groove wood ceilings and walls with a majestic 28-foot floor-to-ceiling River Rock stone fireplace (electric), complete with a wall of windows to better enjoy the view of the beautiful Lake Taneycomo. The luxury kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and is fully stocked with kitchen essentials.

The two upper-level Master suites have king-size beds. Each master suite has a full luxury bath. In between the two masters, is a full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room.

Outside the two Master suites is a loft with a futon suitable for a couple of children who don't want to be too far from Mom and Dad. There is also a 42” TV.

The two guestrooms on the main level have king beds. These guestrooms share a Jack and Jill style full bath. There is also a full bath in the hall.

Step outside to your private patio with a gas grill and dining for 6, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening while taking in the peaceful surroundings in your private hot tub!

Guests also enjoy access to River Lake Resort's private boat dock with rentable slips, resort-style pool, chip-and-putt course, pickleball, basketball, bocce ball, and fire pits—all just minutes from Branson's top attractions, restaurants, and golf courses. Please note: Lake Taneycomo is best enjoyed for trout fishing, scenic boating, and relaxing on the water. Because it's a fast-moving cold-water lake, activities such as tubing, waterskiing, and wake surfing are not available.

PLEASE READ – IMPORTANT BOOKING RULES
These rules are required, even if the booking platform allows you to select dates outside of them. Your reservation will not be accepted unless it follows the guidelines below. Please read carefully before booking.

Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August
• Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• Stays must start or end on a Friday (e.g., Fri–Mon/Tues, Mon/Tues–Friday, Fri-Fri)

SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK
• 7-night stays must still follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day except Saturday
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
(No Saturday check-in or check-out)

OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• 2-night stays allowed on weeknights only (Monday–Thursday)
• Friday and Saturday must be booked together
• January, February, and April: 2-night stays allowed any night
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking

HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
Memorial Day and Labor Day reservations must be at least 3 nights and must include Friday and Saturday
No check-in or check-out on the following holidays:
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
We decorate for Christmas with a full-size Christmas tree and decor starting the 2nd weekend of November!
(Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.)

*No smoking, vaping, pets or parties permitted at this property. Guests shall not have parties or events at the homes which include but are not limited to bachelor and bachelorette parties, fraternity parties and weddings.
*Exterior security cameras are monitoring outside areas of the property, such as the pool, amenities, parking and entrances. No cameras are located inside any units.
