Absolutely beautiful home!! Awesome Views!! Very clean home!! We really enjoyed our time here it was so peaceful!!My only complaint was the limited supply of dish soap, dish towels, dishwasher tabs, trash bags and paper towels to spend this kind of money it should be included you did supply one of each but to stay 7 days not enough!! You shouldn’t have to worry about going to buy this stuff when spending over 8000 for a vacation !! This is the only rental that I have ever had to go buy all this stuff!! It didn’t ruin our vacation by any means!! It would have been so nice not to have to worry about any of the little stuff tho.

This was our second time at this location and we loved it!!! The house is very spacious and at the same time very cozy. All the gathering places are well furnished, and the kitchen has all the appliances you will need.The staff was very professional and responded quickly when we had questions. Even the service personnel that came to do the maintenance for the pool, grounds, etc..were professional but still personable. It’s a GREAT house for a family vacation or several couples trying to get away!The one thing I would recommend is to furnish all the balconies… only one balcony had chairs, but it would’ve been nice for the couples in every room to be able to enjoy the view from their private balconies.Obviously, the lack of furnished balconies was not a dealbreaker… It just would be extra nice!

OMG This beachside vacation house offered an unbeatable beachfront location. The kitchen was fully stocked with every item you needed to cook a fabulous dinner. The outdoor grill was great for cooking steaks and fresh fish. The elevator came in handy with assisting us with the luggage and groceries. The beds were super comfy and the linens and towels were soft. The views of the ocean and sunsets was spectacular. The house was equipped with a beach wagon, chairs and lots of out door games. The pool and hot tub was amazing. Plus the out door shower was great for rinsing off the sand after being in the ocean. The ocean was so clear and blue/green. The game rooms was a big hit with everyone especially on times when it rained!The sonos music system was a bonus and the extra ice maker was great.We definitely will be back next year! There was also lots of room to park our vehicles and we were so close to everything. Thank you Bikini's & Martinis for a Great vacation. We also hired a photographer to take our family photos inside and outside the house. This is the best vacation rental home and we will be back!

Superb Beach Home

The home is absolutely gorgeous with a pool and many places to kick back separate from everyone. Beautiful pool, valley ball facing ocean. Safety gate around premises. An Arcade room that was amazing! Ping pong, pinball, too many games to list. Bathrooms gorgeous, bidets which is awesome. Kitchen well stocked , balcony’s with chairs and tables. Very comfortable , homey & elegant! Totally met are expectations! Will rent again.

This was the most beautiful place I have ever stayed! The views from every room were outstanding! The house was immaculate, beds and furniture were comfortable, and beach chairs and a wagon were provided. The house was directly on the beach and located close to everything on the island.

Best Beachhouse Ever

This beach house is the best ever! I have rented in AMI several times and Bikinis and Martinis is the winner and will not disappoint. The island is healing well after the hurricanes and businesses and restaurants are beginning to open up. We plan on making this an annual trip as the house is extremely welcoming and with the game room you don’t need to leave home for fun and entertainment!

A Stay in Paradise

We had a spectacular week here with our son and his family! The home is beautiful and is well stocked with amenities for every age to enjoy. The beach location is superb, along with gorgeous pool and outdoor area. I love the location near Publix and pharmacies, so convenient. We saw dolphins every morning, saw crabs and stingrays and found lots of shells! The little girls were in heaven. The game room was a bit for even the “big” kids!! Check in and out was so easy and painless. Just a wonderful experience! Thank you !

Perfect Family Vadation

My family & I are familiar with this area so we expect it to have a great family vacation… However, where you stay matters!!! This house was everything we wanted it to be and more!!! The open kitchen, dining room & living room allowed us to ge together without crowding each other. The furniture is super comfortable and the kitchen has EVERYTHING you need. Every room is a master suite and the bathrooms are spacious. The game room is incredible & fun for all ages. The outside eating areas, pool & games provided another level of entertainment & we were able to make new memories. BUT, it’s all about the BEACH!!! The views from every part of the house weee amazing, the walk to the beach was short & easy, the privacy, location,,. ALL of it was simply awesome!!! Can’t forget to mention the management team made the whole process from booking, check-in & out easy & convenient. They were excellent in the way they responded into care of any needs we had during our stay. This property was perfect place for a wonderful family vacation!!!! PS: the gates provided were great for our little ones… such a cool surprise.

Absolutely Fabulous Beach House

We picked Bikinis and Martinis (aka Mermaid House) for our family vacation this year and couldn't have found a house any better. The house is wonderfully decorated with the beach vibe There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and do what they want to do, read a book, sit in the pool/hot tub, get your toes in the sand and beautiful salt water. When you've had enough sun, sand and salt water for the day you can cool off playing pool or having fun with the many options in the game room. The sunset views at this house will NOT disappoint. The management staff were so very nice and accommodating with any questions that we had during our stay. In short, if you are looking for a great place with fabulous views right on the beach with plenty of space and a fully appointed kitchen, you will not be disappointed.

Simply the BEST!

Wow … this home was fabulous! Our family of 5 adults and my 8 month old grandson could not have made a better choice for our week long family vacation. Spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed. Great sunset views from any of the 3 patios, a game room that must be seen to fully be appreciated, a heated pool and hot tub, an outdoor shower, and an incredible Sonos sound system all contributed to vacation week we will never forget and already look forward to returning to. The warm Gulf water was so clean and the white sand beach stretched out for miles … morning beach walks were a great start to each day. Last but not least … the built in ice maker was totally unexpected but fully appreciated. Never ran out of ice for our frosty cold drinks and Pina Colada’s. Simply the Best Beach House!
