Dream Weaver is a stunning custom luxury home tucked into a quiet residential area in the heart of Holmes Beach. This spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat is thoughtfully designed with upscale finishes and everything needed for a perfect Anna Maria Island getaway.



The home features a resort-style infinity pool with a separate infinity spa, a putting green, and an outdoor 4K TV for poolside entertainment. Inside, you’ll find a gourmet kitchen, high-speed indoor/outdoor WiFi, and an elevator providing easy access to all floors.



Located just a short 7-minute walk from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, Dream Weaver offers both convenience and tranquility. With plenty of space to spread out, it’s ideal for families who want to relax while still enjoying time together.



The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area creates a bright and welcoming space for gathering, complete with a 65-inch HDTV for movie nights. Sleeping up to six guests, all three bedrooms feature luxurious linens, walk-in closets, and smart TVs for a comfortable and restful stay.



To make exploring the island even easier, a complimentary golf cart is included with every stay, giving you convenient access to Anna Maria's pristine beaches, local restaurants, and charming shops.

Elevators - Please note that homes with elevators do not have living accommodations on the first floor. If you have members in your party that struggle with the use of stairs, we strongly recommend that you reserve a property on the ground floor. SeaBreeze Vacation cannot be held accountable for any malfunctions of the elevator and does not offer compensation.



Property Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. Additional terms and conditions apply. 



Golf Cart Terms & Conditions - All Drivers must be over the age of 21. Drivers must provide valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance. To drive the golf cart, non-US driver license holders are required to pay an additional $25 per day instead of providing vehicle insurance. The golf cart $25 fee is per golf cart, not per driver. This cost covers the extra insurance required.
