The place was very spacious. Over all clean with the exception of the floors. Bathroom rugs were dirty. Balcony floors as well. A kurig coffee maker would be nice and inexpensive.

Paradise

I cannot say enough about this property and the proximity to the beach and all that the island has to offer! The home itself is beautiful, spacious, and accommodating! The porches are a place to sit in the morning with your coffee and take in the smells, breeze, and island sounds! The pool is feet away from the house as well as the beach! We plan to stay again, and again!

Almost perfect

The house and location was perfect!! As a matter of fact my family wants to go back to this property. The things that could make it perfect would be the addition of a grill, the house is in desperate need of new patio furniture (chairs are falling apart, hopefully no one gets hurt), turn the heat down on the pool (I of all people can’t believe I am saying that) it was so warm and not a bit refreshing! It was the same temp as the hot tub! The place we usually went to in fort Myers beach didn’t have a heater and the sun didn’t heat it that much so I don’t think this was the sun in March! Lastly, we were not informed there would be lots of power washing for painting to happen. It was the least bit relaxing. We wish we had known so we could have decided to go else where! Otherwise the place is great!

La Plage #1

We travelled with 2 adults and 4 kids/teenagers. Way more space than what we expected. For us, location to restaurants/shopping, site seeing is ideal. Steps from the beach! This was a 2nd stay in the condo complex, you can bet we'll be back for our 3rd!!

Perfect vacation home

We loved everything about the house on AMI. Very quiet and convenient to pool and the beach. Kids loved the ability to go back and forth between both. Perfect location to see the beautiful sunsets from the beach or third floor balcony. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys in the garage. We are very happy with our first stay in AMI and will definitely return.

Great for family!

Great location. Easy to walk to the beach and we could see the sunset from the upper balcony! Loved the pool. It was heated and so even on colder days we were able to swim with our toddler. Some of the furnishings in the house are older because it's a beach/vacation house but the beds, kitchen, bathrooms, were all very clean and we had no concerns about cleanliness. Easy check in and check out with good communication. Would be a great location for a large family because the bedrooms are large, each has their own bathroom and lots of storage space.

Family vacation

The property is absolutely beautiful and as advertised. The unit itself is very spacious and well decorated and we had plenty of room to spread out with me, my husband, our two adult sons and their girlfriends. It was so nice that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Our only negative is that the jets in the outdoor hot tub barely blow any bubbles and have no pressure and the water takes about an hour to heat up, which was a bummer for Florida in January when we had some chilly days and would have loved to use the hot tub. We loved being right on the oceanfront and walking down to see the beautiful sunsets each night.

Amazing location, beautiful condo, but dirty and understocked with basic necessities

This is an amazing property - killer location, steps away from the beach, beautiful pool, huge living areas, awesome kitchen, good sized rooms..all as described in the ad. We enjoyed our stay and love the island. While the place was tidy, it was dirty. After the first day of walking around barefoot in the house all of the bottoms of our feet turned black. The area rugs look liked they were in a frat house for a year and had never been steam cleaned. Dust was on almost all of the appliances, wood furniture, blinds, etc. The stove, countertops and kitchen area seemed to just be wiped down with no attention to detail. Additionally, the house was stocked with the absolute bare minimum stuff you would expect from a place that can hold 10+ people for an entire week. We had four adults and one baby with us and needed to go to the store to buy more trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish and dishwasher soap, and a few other things I am having trouble recalling now. The toiletries that were provided were the cheapest possible items that came in a little box in each bathroom. Looked like they probably cost 10c-25c each. Not what you would expect when staying in a property of this caliber. Other things - several door handles+locks are broken, can't lock a lot of the sliding doors on the second and third level. Replacing regular lightbulbs with LED bulbs looks funny and cheap. Using TV, remote controls+bluetooth speaker in the main living area was a pain to figure out.

I love this property!

I can't say enough positives about this property. We visited a friend a few years ago who stayed in another condo and loved the location and how close to the beach and north end. So when I found this property in our budget, I grabbed it. My 72-year old mother, husband, and daughter stayed and all of us thought it was perfect. Lots of space to spreadout. My daughter enjoyed the pool, more than the beach. We will be back! Also, great communication from the managment company.

We love this property wasn’t crazy about the public access being right beside us little noisy and very busy all the time ! As far as the home inside none of the receptacles plugs worked if you plug in the top hole they only worked on the bottom plug in on every wall in the house I didn’t noticed till I realized my phone wasn’t charging at night

Anna Maria paradise!

We throughly enjoyed this vacation home! The home was immaculate and situated just steps from the beach. The elevator was a wonderful amenity. Use of the beach chairs and umbrella is very convenient for those flying in. The complex pool and hot tub were very nice. I would definitely stay here again!
