This house is amazing. It had everything we needed. It was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was fully equipped. Living and dining area was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Beds were comfy. The host was very helpful when we called with questions. Amazing views of the beach. We are hoping to visit again when the weather is warmer. Top notch!

The house is a perfect location. Right on a gorgeous beach, on a less popular stretch (allowing more privacy), and the house is in fantastic shape. Heated pool and hot tub were a delight. Host was very responsive and welcoming. Will definitely return!

The home, the location, the amenities and the view were way more than we expected! The homes layout perfectly accommodated two families with plenty of space and privacy. We only left the home once!! There was no reason to leave since we were RIGHT ON THE BEACH! The pool and hot tub were great as well!We celebrated Thanksgiving here and the kitchen was equipped with absolutely everything we needed to prepare a huge meal.We experienced a couple of minor maintenance issues and they were taken care of immediately!We highly recommend this property and hope to return!!

The entire stay was amazing! We cooked home every night, we didn’t want to leave, The kitchen was very well stocked. The elevator for my elderly mother was great. Enjoyed how we could control the ac temp. It was so comfortable. It was a private beach area. The beach is your driveway. Sunset was incredible every evening. Everything is in walking distance. Grocery, drug store, Mexican, Chinese, Nails, Souvenirs, hardware store plus more. Do not hesitate to book this place!

Perfection

Can’t say enough good things about our experience at Anna Maria Island. Lazy Loggerhead is the perfect beach house with great location right on the beach and a beautiful pool and hot tub in the shade in back. The home itself is perfectly appointed with four bedrooms-three with adjoining bathrooms making everyone’s stay very comfortable. They had plenty of beach chairs with a wagon to help with beach set up. The deck had nice furniture which we used to sit and sip coffee in the morning watching the dolphins swim right off shore and then again in the evening to watch the beautiful sunsets. This place exceeded our expectations and we hope to return next year. To add to our enjoyment Anna Maria Life rental agency was superb and really made our stay even better.

Heck of a view

We loved the location and the elevator in particular was essential for my elderly father to get around. Wish the outdoor porch was covered so we could have sat outside during the storm but otherwise all was great.

Beautiful House

This was one of our favorites. The house was beautifully decorated and we loved the layout. I, the grandma, had the back bedroom, loved! Huge bathroom and very private. My granddaughter and her friend enjoyed the pool. It was like an oasis! So peaceful. The walk to the beach was very quick which we loved! I can’t say anything bad about our visit. It was A+!!!

Family vacation

This house was in a perfect location, and was very nice. I will say the only problems we had while staying was the TV by the pool does not work, the internet is not strong enough to reach so you cannot watch anything on it, the internet in general didn’t work great, it wouldn’t work on the top floor or on our phones by the pool. The ice makers didn’t work but thanks to quick help from AMI they came and fixed the one the day after we called! If you are looking for a house just steps from the beach and amazing views I highly suggest you stay here! The decor in the house was beautiful! The grill was great to cook on and there is plenty of cookware available if you want to use it! We only cooked in one day but would definitely utilize it more next time! The location to the grocery and other stores is perfect! Highly recommend Lazy Laggerhead and the management company!

Gorgeous bright home!

Our family of five had a fantastic stay at this beachfront home. It was clean, well equipped and such a happy spot to settle in for a week. We enjoyed sunsets from the balcony and easy access to beach and pool. The kids could run back and forth to their liking which was ideal. Highly recommend this home! Elevator was a hit w the little one too!

We would recommend this house to anyone traveling with their family. The location is unbelievable. Literally just steps from the beach. The house is impeccably decorated. Accomadations are great. We already about possibly returning next year. amazing artwork throughout the house. Both host and management company were friendly and responsive.

Family Fall Break

We had a wonderful time! Beautiful views, amazing sunsets and a private pool oasis! The beach views from the balcony made my coffee taste better than ever each morning. The only thing is there was no drip coffee maker....so we bought one and left it there for the next visitors wanting a big pot of coffee each morning.

Great location and house, relaxing for the family

This property was perfect for our family - beach front on the Gulf, private pool for hanging out, activities on the property, 5-10 minute drive to everything you need on AMI and Cortez. The warm gulf water and sunsets were simply amazing. The beach is right out the door and the water was like a warm bath. The kids loved being in the pool with Netflix playing on the patio TV, while we relaxed in the jacuzzi. The pool area lighting into the palm trees is fabulous after dark. The billiards table in the finished garage was a nice time-filler for the family. The beach wagon and noodles in the garage storage room were very helpful. The property is well maintained and clean. The stand-alone ice maker is a big plus if you're filling small coolers for the beach or boating. The Internet connection is a healthy 100Mb/s and easily handled the array of phones, iPads and laptops we had. Publix and Walgreens are 1-2 minutes away. Things we would suggest for improving an already great house... - The numerous smart TVs are great but there are no sound systems that we could find. A Bluetooth capable sound system would be highly desired in the living area and in the pool patio area. - A few more baking pans and utensils for the cooks in the family would be appreciated. There's plenty of pots and pans to make meals, but no pans we could find to allow us to bake brownies or a cake. - Leave the hose for rinsing feet at the front door. The outdoor shower near the pool works great but it's a long way from the front door for folks returning from the beach. We purchased a $20 hose. Although there are two hose hangers, no hose was at the house when we arrived. - Post instructions at the spa control panel. The buttons are simple enough but if you've never used that style of jacuzzi, it takes some trying to know when the heater is working. We had a great time and really loved the house.

An Amazing Property

This was a great house, amazing location, sized and equipped very well. The front view is one of the best on Anna Marie, steps away from the beach. Pool and hot spa provided a little cooling shade in the afternoons. We hope to be back.

Family Vacation

This place was awesome, beautiful, near everything, and the view is amazing. Would definitely stay here again. The beds were even comfy!!! Might need to check the dryer as it took me all day to dry a small load of clothes. Overall would highly recommend this home!
