From relaxing in the newly added heated pool and spa to sunbathing on the sun shelf, this property has everything you could need during your beach vacation. After a long day at the beach, cook out on the grill and hang out on the large sectional outdoor sofa. Optional pool and spa heating, up to 86º F, is available from October to April at $150/week. Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool equipment is locked for safety, and controls must not be tampered with. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris, due to tropical climate, might occur in between service days. Pool equipment does not run 24 hours and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running. The spa is integrated with the pool and its body of water and requires the pool heater to be on to warm up. The spa must be turned on manually and will run in increments. When the ambient temperature falls below 60º F, the pool heater may not function and even switch off. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.Lazy Pelican is a pet friendly property for dogs up to 50 lbs. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 per pet per stay with a maximum of 2. Short stays are not pro-rated.
