The room was spacious for two people. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were good. The area was quiet at night so we slept well. The air conditioner is good too. We had a good stay. The hotel is a block away from the beach and it is roughly 10 minutes walk to the center of the waikiki strip.

What an amazing hotel! We were in a specialty room and it was perfect for myself and 4 kids. The room was so clean and well equipped and the layout was perfect. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed the free breakfasts—the cut fruit and yogurt parfaits were the best part! Also loved the miso station and the hot food. Location was fantastic—an easy walk to the beach and numerous shops and eateries nearby. The trolley stopped nearby for the Pink line and the zoo was across the street. Check in was easy and pleasant and we were given water bottles and able to borrow beach “supplies” for free during our stay.

Great location! 8 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants and shops! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of breakfast options at the continental breakfast and lots of seating. Room was clean, a tad small but did the job. Would definitely recommend! Would stay here again and again!

The additional cost for parking and valet is ridiculously high. I didn’t realize until we got to the hotel that valet is $53 plus tax per day. It would’ve been nice if parking price was stated when I booked the room. That would have changed my decision on where I stayed or other modes of transportation when planning my trip.

Property was clean and room was comfortable. The breakfast was a great value and so convenient. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. But it just felt unsafe in the area. The side streets surrounding the property were full of homeless and riff-raff. One evening while walking to dinner there was a big altercation with several homeless people and it escalated quickly. We felt very unsafe. Also, the noise outside is just horrible. People yelling at all hours of the morning, roosters crowing, delivery and trash trucks making so much racket. If the hotel was in a different area it would have been perfect. We won't stay again, however, because of the location.

I had stayed here before and remembered it ti be much nicer. They were hosting what seemed like every single teenager on the island for some sort of competition. So it was really loud, breakfast time was absolutely chaotic (after 2 days we gave up and had breakfast elsewhere). Maybe give only a percentage of your bookings to group booking? We literally felt like we were staying in a dorm, it didn’t feel like vacation at all. And service/cleanliness wasn’t all what I remembered from when I stayed here 2 years ago. Can’t beat the location tho. I love staying at this end of strip; less crowded, easy to get in/out of area, and access to local food.

Excellent location. Only a block from Waikiki beach. We appreciate we were able to check in at 11am even though hotel was fully booked. Front desk staff were amazing! We would definitely stay here again.

Nice local and was pretty quiet at night considering how busy the hotel is (lots of tour groups!) So many floors and only 2 elevators - made for some long waits and breakfast was so busy we didn’t go the second day. Staff friendly and rooms clean though which is what counted most for this stay for us, travelled with family with three kids.
