Super clean Location. Waikiki Center ist not that far away by walking. I had partial ocean view and the view was awesome! The only noise I heard inside was the air conditioning but everything else was perfect! Perfect if you don’t want to spend your vacation in a crowded and noisy hotel for way too much money. Would always stay there again!!!

Nettes Hotel, gut gelegen. 10 min nach Waikiki
Sehr nettes Hotel. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber. Ein Teil wird gerade saniert. Es wird kein Frühstück angeboten. Man bekommt ein 10$ Gutschein pro Tag für das Hotelcafe. Da muss man aber Glück haben einen Platz zu bekommen. Es ist sehr klein. Ich finde die Preise sehr übertrieben. Es gibt eine Hotelgebühr von 25$ pro Tag und Parken für 35$ pro 24h. Diese Preispolitik gibt es in ganz Waikiki. Das macht das buchen sehr unübersichtlich und ergibt keinen Sinn da man keine Wahl hat. Meine Meinung: entweder biete ich den Service an oder lasse es bleiben. So etwas muss im ersten Preis ersichtlich sein. Dafür ein Punkt Abzug.

Great location. It's pretty clean overall. I gave a 4-star rating for cleanliness because I did see a small cockroach once in the kitchen area. I think the property needs renovation badly. The furniture looks old. The rooms have stone tiles with poor sound proofing, so you can hear everything above, below and next to you. The noise kept me awake many nights.

The property is perfectly situated for our needs visiting family. The view of the surrounding parks and partial ocean view make it special. Close enough to ocean and action while a sanctuary. The front desk staff were exceptional -- super friendly and helpful. Hopefully upcoming management changes do not take a toll on the staff who were all great.

My only negative was while staying for almost 5 days the cleaning staff never cleaned our hotel room. The do no disturb was not on the door either so it was very disappointing. I have stayed at the property before and it is very conveniently located. The property is officially under new management so hopefully there will be changes to the not cleaning of rooms

Beautiful setting surrounded by the park with no other hotels looming over you. The pool area was excellent, and in the sun from 11:00am until sunset. We really enjoyed the BBQ area, in fact we enjoyed all the amenities the Luana had to offer. We will definitely be back again!

All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. The hotel offers nice extras, like wine, cheese, music nights and lei making. The location and view are fantastic; the hotel is surrounded by a beautiful park. The hotel feels safe and secure. The room itself could be updated, but I’ll definitely stay here again due to all of the benefits.

Well appointed room, only here one night. I like that they have kept up the wood work features in the room. Gives it a warm feeling. Some areas showing their age but ok with me. Clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Would come back.

部屋の内装はハワイアンで朝から鳥の声で目覚めることができます。オーシャンビューの部屋がおすすめ(山側は道路、西側はガソリンスタンドです)で、公園の奥の海やチラッとのぞくダイヤモンドヘットを見ながらのラナイでの時間は最高でした。高齢者同行のんびりハワイ派にはおすすめです。フルキッチン、バスタブもあります。フルキッチン、包丁はヘンケルのセットです。野菜 月、水、金曜日5時からは、ミュージックやフラ(お一人ずつですが)が開催。ワイン、ビールはカウンターでサービスされ、クラッカーやチーズも取り放題。こじんまりとしていて居心地もいいです。場所もよく、トロリー乗り場にも近く、スタッフもフレンドリーでした。

The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms could use some better cleaning. Our shower would not work properly and we had to call to have our a/c unit fixed. Maintenance did come quickly for the a/c. Did not like having to pay $40.00 to valet each night in addition to resort fee on top of the nightly price of the room. Was not aware of this until we arrived to check in.

It is a budget choice due to the location of the facility. Don't expect you can have a 5 star hotel experience but the overall experience is great. I usually don't spend a lot money on the up scale hotel because I will spend most of my day on the activites. I only spend no more than 10 hours inside the hotel. Therefore, I only pick the most value for the money hotel to stay.
