Important Building Notice — May 2026 through June 2027

The building is undergoing scheduled exterior maintenance, concrete repair, and painting. Work generally takes place Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm and progresses around the building in phases. During working hours, guests may experience intermittent construction noise or vibration, including occasional louder repair work, as well as possible dust, paint or material odors/fumes, and the presence of contractors or equipment around the property. The location and level of activity will vary throughout the project.

Unit-Specific Work: Exterior work is currently expected at or immediately around this condo approximately December 2026 through January 2027. During active daytime work, lanai access will be restricted and doors/windows should remain closed while crews are working in the immediate area. The lanai andACs may not be used during this phase. For privacy, we recommend closing the curtains while crews are working immediately outside the condo. During this unit-specific work period, the condo’s air conditioning will be temporarily unavailable throughout this phase of the project. Three portable Dyson fans will be provided.
